Total bullshit. Cannot log in as it tells me it is already being used. Yes by me. No one at the store level can get it to work either. Head office support is pathetic. I guess I will just shop elsewhere. Hey Longo's, does that get your attention? Too bad "0" is not allowed in the ratings area.

This is as bad as Starbucks. Never seems to work and can't add a card. I agree with someone else. Either fix your app or pull it. It may work on some phones but in my opinion it probably only works on 1 phone period.

After generating a fuzzy unreadable bar code for months, the app no longer even opens. I've switched to using Stocard as a more reliable solution.

Works intermittently. When it does work, the graphics are great. Too bad it doesn't load up every time.

The app won't load. All I get is a white screen. It's not the first time this has happened. Compatibility issues with Nougat or Nexus 6P, maybe?

Points are not accrued correctly. Barcode doesn't show on S6. Crashes. Restarts on its own. Don't make a loyalty app if you aren't prepared to.

The main point of this app is to replace the rewards card, yet the barcode is displayed blurred and it doesn't scan.

Downloaded the app to track my loyalty points but it won't load on my galaxy s7 with marshmellow OS.

I like the app though there are times when my card barcode loads blurry and am unable to use the card. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall every time this happens. There is no other way around it.

Open the app and all I see is a white screen, doesn't do anything. Galaxy note 5, android 5.1.1

Looks like it could be very useful but every time I launch it I get the splash screen then it crashes. Very disappointed!

Now it crashes when I try to bring my card up.

The cashier cannot scan the Barcode ever since the update. Such a waste of an app.

I thought it was ok until recently. In the last four months the app has rendered my longos card barcode unreadable. It makes the lines fuzzy. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now the grocery list won't load. My recommended products are for items I haven't and won't ever purchase. Those are to me the most important features of the app and they aren't working. I will try one more time and then I'll just go back to using my card and a notebook app for my grocery list.

The app has promise but it's been broken for so long. At first it would keep crashing when trying to load the card screen to be scanned at checkout (the main use case for this app), now, the barcode loads but it's too blurry, which makes it impossible to scan. I've tried 4 separate times now and it never scans, even with full brightness. Needs a higher resolution version of the barcode I'm guessing

The card on the app won't scan. It's happened so many times where the barcode is so fuzzy that they can't scan it. Sometimes will work if you completely uninstall the app and reinstall. Frustrating app.

Can you please fix this? App is now totally useless. Used to be great. I'll put back to 5 stars once fixed.

It takes too long to open and when it finally does, it doesn't display the bar code for the cashier to scan. Useless. I think I'll go back to using the card. :(

The app asks for an 11 digit code but the card has a 12 digit code. ??

Loads to nothing more than a blank screen now. If you have no interest in fixing your app please just pull it entirely. What you have here is a waste of time and an abuse of your customers.

App worked fine until I got a new phone. Reinstalled and it will not accept my original Thank You card number. Tried many times and have now emailed Longos and hope they will help.

The barcode from the app cannot be scanned by cashier. Please fix it.

The app doesn't work

If the Barcode worked it would be decent. Using a third party app as suggested by store manager for useable Barcode.

I downloaded the app thinking I would be able to have the cashier scan my card which would be displayed on my phone. Superstore has my business until Long is gets the ability to do this within their app!

Numerous issues with the app so I finally gave up and uninstalled it.

Barcode became fuzzy and unreadable. Had to reinstall the app. The app also takes a very long time to open.

Remebers all my starred products on sale, shows all my purchases to rate..what else do u need...

I downloaded this today (May 11th, 2015), put in my Longos account name and password, and it logged me in just fine. I went to view my balance, and it showed my accurate point total. I'd theorize that the people who are saying their login information isn't working are a bit, uh, dull, and trying to create a new account instead of logging in, hence why they're getting "this already exists" errors. Aside from that, the app itself is pretty basic. It's not all that pretty, but is functional.

Fuzzy barcode on nexus 6. Please fix this issue, I've had to uninstall the app twice in 2 months.

Card won't scan, barcode is fuzzy. Useless.

Since there is no wifi access in longos store, can't use the app even for shopping list. Might as well use pc to check prices and print shopping list.
