Fila Tracker

The device is fine. The app bites she big one! Was able to sync when I first got it. Can't sync any more. Return time!!! I have discovered that if you have the fila app open, and then push the button on the fila, it updates.

This is kind of a theft. You charge quite much for you bands yet don't put the effort to make it better or updated the app that makes the WHOLE THING WORK!!!

Had it for four days now. App keeps dropping data. The only part of the app that consistently works for me is the sleep tracker. Doubtful that it is even accurate though.

Got for Christmas doesn't work the app and the watch wast of money

Won't sink to my phone acts up so I'm returning it back to store today

I have the FILA 902 I put it on downloaded free app connected via Bluetooth and it automatically went to working.. Can adjust some of the settings and love that it charges via USB and no batteries to worry about .. I like that it does the sleep pattern.. And it is Comfortable

Its kinda weird on tracking

I have used other brands in the past and this is sad how bad this one is. There was nothing good about it. I was willing to have it just count my steps and based on other reviews, assumed it may not sync, not only did it not sync/pair. It started over the daily count several times during the day. Also if you weigh more than 220 you cant enter your weight as the app only goes that high. Even if it did work you have to hit the button so many times too make it do what you want. The app did nothing.

I am very disappointed in the Tracker 902. I have had my tracker for a couple days now....I read through the whole full version manual a few times. I've done everything right but the app is still not showing all my info. It doesn't track my sleep at all and one minute my info will show on the app then next it's all gone. My opinion...this app should work properly...if there are bugs with the app they should have been fixed by now! I will be returning my tracker. If I could rate this without a star I would.

I'm with everyone else. the app stinks one second it shows my progress for the day and then it disappeared. It does not track my sleep ... and it counted my hand movment as steps also the "clock" is stuck at 10:28

I have to use this app to use my new fila 902 tracker and it's soooooo finicky and 90% of the time doesn't work. It's such a pain and so time consuming that I'm going to have to return my tracker. Ug

App doesn't work consistently. Lost 3 days of data. Data will appear then disappear while I'm looking at the screen. Can't find any contact information for customer service.

Just bought this yesterday and I'm already unsatisfied. If the app worked this product would be great, but nope. Returning this junk if the bugs don't get fixed asap

So I turn on the app, and it shows me my steps and stuff, then if my phone turns off, when I turn it on, the info is gone and I need to then turn the app off, re open it and wait. Fix! I paid for the tracker and this is the app?

I've had my tracker since December and the problems with the app still haven't been fixed! What's going on, you guys just give up?

App behaves very erratically when trying to sync up with the band. Half the day's data is lost when synching up. Sometimes there will be two days data showing up a "today". Please check and fix the bug.

Worked for about 2 hours on my fila 902 then became flaky until now it won't connect at all, only 2 days in. I was really looking for something that could reliably track my exercise goal progress, this isn't the unit. :( Returning to kohl's for refund.

Tracker works awesome however the app sucks! Won't show sleep and doesn't keep info

App isn't tracking, and watch is hard to understand in terms of modes. I'll be returning mine. Waste of time and money.

I'm really surprised that this app doesn't keep track of your days. After 3 days of use, and reaching my goal, it now says I didn't even move a single step. I know this is free, but come on, at least make it work for crying out loud. I can't even get the stupid tracker battery to last 24hrs.

I got one of the Tracker 901 Pros for Christmas and the one thing that might redeem it's app's crappiness would be Google Fit integration.

Not syncing to the wristband at all. One star until the problem is fixed. I have the 902 wristband, but that shouldn't matter at all. Did I buy a piece of junk?

I bought 2 Fila's 902- one for each grandson, downloaded app and it ended up on my phone, but can't get but one grandson's set up. how can I get app to download on my computer and an do both.

Terrible. Won't sync right. Then skips days. Unreliable piece of junk. Don't waste money on it.

I expected a LOT more... is not helpful at all because it doesn't work the way it's supposed to.

I was excited to get this and now it won't track properly. Skips days and one time my stuff is there the next time it's gone. I would take it back if I still had the box to do so. Don't buy it!!!

Does not keep accurate count put in on while I was getting dressed and in an hour walked 2500 steps that is unreal I spent 30 minutes in the mirror doing my hair and makeup....
