Impressed! Even though I use Virgin Trains, this app is excellent for planning my journey. So much cleaner than National Rail app (which is loaded with ads!)

The app showed the train stopped at a station but the train driver said its not scheduled to stop at this stop. So i got on the wrong train becuase of this app!!!

An extremely useful app.

Delay repay facility soooo long winded. Adds insult to injury.. already had part of your life wasted by train delay then you waste a whole lot more trying to get compensation for the inconvenience!!! Used to be so much simpler...why change something that worked well???

Timezone conflicts when booking from abroad. Overly-reliant on current location/ GPS. Only 4 train journeys shown per search in an expanse of unused white background. Horrifically jarring slide out menu. Functionality is there if you look hard enough.

Looking for info on my delayed train which isn't displayed because it's official departure time is in the past. I wouldn't take the number of downloads as an indicator of success, people are downloading this app because their trains are missing and London Midland are useless at keeping people informed.

Downloaded to check the timetable for a few days time. Cannot find this basic requirement. If it is there, it is not obvious

Just installed. Adding a common journey causes the app to crash after a short spin of the progress wheel. The app is therefore unusable for me.

great app. it gets straight to the point unlike other train apps that include a bunch of other unessesary features. With this i am able to see all important information (departure times) as soon as i open the app. With a beautiful/modern design.

Was lost one day found this app boom I'm home

This is a very handy app but it's best feature, the dashboard, which shows your most common journey has stopped loading itineraries since the latest update. If that was fixed, I'd give this 5 stars.

Very handy if trains are on time. But stops giving info when delays which is when you most need this app. So really no point in having it on the phone. ...

New App same problem.Can't purchase tickets due to industrial action.Will use Virgin or Chiltern to go to Birmingham. Or the car

This app is under marked because of train activity, which is not fair on the APP.

The design and info here is great. BUT the app immediately crashes when I attempt to login to my London Midland account.

This app keeps crashing every time I TRY to open the ticket wallet so I can collect my tickets. Waste of time

OMG. What a completely useless app compared to EVERY other train booking app in the world. Cannot specify arrive by or leave before times. Tries to second guess your journey times. Avoid. At. All. Cost.

Doesn't give you all of the London midland only cheap fares!? Just use the train line website.

It can be more simple and easy wich it's not at the moment and it should have an option to choose midlands trains only or all train bcoz last time I bought a ticket an I didn't check and then at station they told me it's a different train so I have to go the other station an then I had to book texi again wich was really annoying otherwise train is now very nice and clean like brand new not like before and always on time I'll ask akl people to try this u'll love it so 5 star for that.

Just pushes virgin trains at you. Utterly useless

It does what I need it to do which it show me the train times. Love it, works like a charm

Why on earth does your "London Midland" app give journeys for Virgin trains. Narrowly just missed ~£120 addition train fare after seeing an faster journey which turned out to be a virgin train

Always felt that app should allow 4 journeys to be instantly available. There and back and there and back again depending on which way you go.

There's no delay alerts. Still. This is the great British transport network. Delays are a fact of life. Opening train details results in an app crash most of the time.

Does not update platform info quick enough. My train was just called, yet with 4 minutes to go, the app is still stating the platform is TBC.

Yes, it's nice to know you've switched to the winter timetable, but do you really need to tell me at 5.45am?!

Not easy to navigate, and the train line is rubbish too.

When it works it's great! When it works. Could be faster updating info. too.

Has stated trains are delayed when they aren't. Has even advised trains are cancelled when they are running. Shockingly bad!!!!

worst customer service ever! causing problems and don't even bother! full fare paid but delays almost all the times! you are robbers... !
