Capital Spreads

Actually works well for me these days, couldn't live without it. No good for charts (neither is the web platform) but i can use others for that. Lower cpu usage would be nice.

If it works for you all its because a. You are using an old phone or b. You have not upgraded the latest firmware on your phone. If the chart works for you do not under no circumstances upgrade your firmware.

01/04/2016 After being a Capital Spreads client for 10 years, I've closed my account. I'd requested a money withdraw to the debit card I used previously to deposit money to my CS account and they asked me for the proof of my card which expired and wasn't used. 17/03/2016 It's gone from bad to worse. Not only that I can't open charts, now I can't open positions any more. The app just crashes. 19/06/2015 I can't open charts on Xperia Z3. It reports an exception and logs you out.

Wat is wrong with you all . There is nothing wrong with this app . It works perfectly and gives a very stable platform and real time(as long as you have a signal) prices. Oh yeah the password is for security u dummy's. Best on WiFi or a good signal ie 3g+. Otherwise don't trade on ur phone if you are a novice

Using note 4, can't even view a chart and you get logged out due to "unable to handle argument". Please update and fix!

Been a customer for a while now but don't often get chance to trade at home. Its such a shame that this app is so unstable. Tried it on an LG G3 and a Samsung Galaxy S3. Both don't work properly and crash very frequently. Please address this so that I don't have to switch to another spread bet agent in order to trade on the move.

I have been using this service over a year and recently bought a Samsung 8.4 Tab S so I could look at trades during the day. The charts don't work and cause the application to crash. I am thinking about going to another service where the graphs will work

Just upgraded my Xperia phone to latest software version. Worked fine before!?

Tried this on a Galaxy S4 and a Nexus 10. In both cases, it crashes as soon as I try to look at a chart, indicating that it's an app bug and not to do with my device. The whole point for me to use this app is so I can look at the charts, so it is now to be uninstalled on both devices. This doesn't happen with the iOS version, so it needs to be fixed in the Android version. Last updated in October 2014? Come on - most of us are paying customers! This needs to be fixed.

And capital spreads do not seem too interested in fixing it. They have probably worked out all the stuff ups on the app work in their favour and therefore best to leave the app as rubbish

Takes very long to log in.. Charts are okay, although when trying to load other pages... It freezes whilst loading. Previous app was a lot better.. They need an App like IG Index... Please sort it out. **UPDATE** Charts won't load now at all it'll force log me out. Still taking very long to log in.

Closes down every time I try to view a chart - galaxy note 4. After 2 postings and no improvement or response it's time to cut my losses and close my account - capital spreads is not a credible trading platform

Charts don't open. You get error messages. Very laggy

Can not display charts. Crashes. Capital Spreads are becoming complacent with expensive spreads. Time to move on I think.

As has been previously stated by others this is one of the worst apps available. How can capital spreads call themselves professional when they produce such an under developed app like this and also trash their desktop access by bringing into service an equally underdeveloped and ill thought out web-based offering. ...not the spread betting giant they used to be. My money is moving elsewhere.

Crashes all time, logs out randomly. Cant deposit, withdraw, prices lag, just very poor. Using galaxy S4, not connection problems but app problems. Poor is a kind statement

You realy need to fix it asap. Crushes hangs when I try to see charts logs me off. Nexus 4 that's what I use. Very very poor app. Unusable.

Freezes, crashes, too slow goes blank some times and logs off automatically. Real time price doesn't reflect effectively. Poor app

After an update or two, it is still crashing, hanging and slow. Notice how all the 5 star ratings give no reasons for their ratings ......

One of the crappiest app I have seen. Hangs almost every time I logout, does not display open positions unless you go via a certain route, takes ages to even login, the list goes on. The old app was not perfect but hugely better than this one. In short, capital spreads is about to lose a very old customer to their rivals.

Please consider adding the following features: (1) simplify the current steps of placing/amending stop orders (2) show closing price information within the Statement menu (3) add function to add/withdraw funds to account. Rivals such as IG Index have successfully implemented the above mentioned features without fuss. Capital Spreads - you need to keep up to stay competitive or risk losing valuable customers!!
