I had to get a new phone and I don't have access to my custom mixes! I have class tomorrow. It keeps telling me to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade i just want access to my music to teach class. Why do we have to download the music all over again if we switch our phone? Such an inconvenience. Would love to hear from someone before tomorrow morning.

This app doesn't allow you to sign up! If signing up is so difficult, I guess they don't want my money. Dumb!

Been a YES music user since 2009. I was super excited for this feature but I cannot organize my playlists... as an instructor of many class types, I like to organize by bpm and class type. I find myself scrolling constantly to find what I need or just settling for something else to listen to

I have tried downloading and premixing songs and my lists are constantly either downloading or mixing... I can't use these lists. Please fix!

I'm an instructor and this is a great app for all my song needs! Very affordable and easy to use!

This company has great selection for songs and the app is clean and easy to use. Only thing that would give it a 5 star rating is if you could buy and make lists via the app rather than going on the computer first.

The App wont let me register

This app would be great if it wasn't so buggy and didn't have memory issues. It eats up the memory on my phone so had to switch it to an old Samsung phone that i use as a player. Still have to manually clear the cache and watch the memory. Then I have to re- download my playlists- atleast I don't lose my custom mixes which is what i use most, but do have to redownload them all. Next i will spend 30 minutes creating a custom mix and then it will crash right as I am about to finish it and I lose it all and have to start over. Many times this happens at the point of choosing the album art and it has some error about the java script and won't continue and will crash and I will lose everything. It's bad programming.I am considering going to Spotify. i need something that works.

It works now. Only thing I go lower on bpm but within 10-15 sec it changes back to original bpm.

Just change to android galaxy s 6 edge plus and it is not working as suppose to, you can't access to your music library but you have to use the sepscription witch is the yearly member ship. ..when I had my iPhone I use to use Tempo Magic an app by yesfitness same company it works wonderful. ..I don't know why it is hard for this company to make android version. ..so I am going to work on that and sell it myself...this app froze in the middle of my classes it played one song and stopped...please fix it

This was my go-to app for over 1 year and I loved it. I found it easy to use and very reliable but today it completely stopped working. In the middle of class ... after one song froze up and would not restart. I uninstalled then reinstalled but same thing no luck. I'm digging out my old iPod ..trying to use that but without the tempo Magic it's so frustrating. ..From one second to the next it just stopped working what happened? I also get a yellow outline on the play button when i try to start it. Help!

I just started a free trial and really like the idea of having all the music and custom mixes available. I've played with it some and 2x now I used it in classes--started off great but 15-20 min in the music just stopped. I thought it was my Bluetooth speaker the first time, so I made sure it was fully charged and the next day tried again--same thing. Today I was trying it at home before class this afternoon and 3min into the first song it stops! Very frustrating and totally useless if it doesn't do what it claims. Glad this was a free trial--unless it's fixed I won't be subscribing. I have a Samsung Note 3. Really don't know what star to rate it--would love it if it worked.

Worthless for my fitness class because the songs do not run into each other as when they did when I download it to my iPod so this will not work for me at all! Please fix this problem asap!!!!!

There's no way to actually register, log-in and start using the app...

I recently switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy. This app worked great on my iPhone. So far, this app does not work well on the Galaxy 5 that I use. It takes forever to get my custom mixes into my device. "Unzipping" takes forever and if I get out of my app to use my phone, forget it. The process starts all over again. Thankfully, I still have my iPhone and use this app on that when I teach class. Otherwise, I would have to find a different way to get music.

So...it seems that after the last major update my app won't play music consistently. It was working great yesterday and then during class this AM it wasn't. It has been off and on like this for a little over a week. Please fix otherwise I won't be able to support this app. There is so much potential here!

I used TM for classes for years with no issues. Now that I have a Samsung device I was thrilled to find this app but it is useless if I have to create a Yes account, etc. Just to use my own mixes and music in the app. The Magic is gone.

I love the premixed music. It had failed in the past but it has not failed recently. My issue is with the customize your own music feature. I can't make my own mix on the app. It just doesn't launch anything. Any help with that?

The app will not let me register. I cant even buy the product... this is disappointing.

I have the same issue of this app quitting on me during my classes. While customer service consistently responds to my concerns, it's still not working 2-3 months later despite reinstalling it multiple times. I also have a random cardio album listed as purchased when I did not even buy it or look at it previously! Don't know what to use now, power music 1 has worse reviews...

I make my Playlist on the computer then it says it's ready on my app...when I go to download it it constantly tells me there's an error. I am paying 15$ a month for something that continuously fails? Very frustrating

Makes me look like an idiot!! Very frustrating. Also wish I could customize any Playlist to count tabata cycles and rest for longer than 30 secconds... a minute at least ! I will be switching to power music soon.

I want to love it, but it stops midplay in the middle of class and there's no recovery. It's embarrassing when it happens over and over and members start asking why I don't just use a CD. Jared at Yes! is bending over backward to help, please work out the bugs and make this a great app!

GUYS you need to get the actual tempo magic pro for android users. I can't use this app, because I don't purchase music from you. Please update and make it so android users can use the bpm and pitch control

Continuing to have issues with the app stopping at random during my classes. Very frustrating. I have even tried hard resetting my tablet...and using a completely different Samsung tablet. Issues on both. Anyone else experiencing this issue on their Samsung tablets? Mike P. has been EXTREMELY helpful in trying to get the issues resolved. I was hoping to solicit any feedback from others that might be having the same issues, so that they can find the cause and get the app working great on our Androids....as it truly is AWESOME when it works.

I love the awesome mixes but am considering transitioning back to CDs. The app stops working right in the middle of class. Has happened to me twice. Two times too many..

Love this app I would like to be able to mix my music . In my pre mix album I would like to be able to edit the way that the playlist songs are in order .most classes are only 45 minutes long. So I like to choose the way that my songs go is there anyway that this can be done
