Diabetes Track and Control

Diabetes Track and Control app helps diabetics to manage better their diabetes and keep it under control.

User can Log their glucose level on daily basis and can monitor it. App also has a nice graph to show trend of the glucose level. This can be clear indication for user to take preventive and corrective action is trend is going in wrong direction.

Application also allow user to keep log of medicine he is taking. User can also manage list of doctor and make doctor appointment entry in the app. Appointment will be stored as event in user mobile calendar and will remind user about the same.

App also has a general reminder setting module. User can set any reminder like taking medicine, calling someone, etc. User can even set this reminder as recurrsive (daily, weekly, never). Reminder will be stored as event in user mobile calendar and will remind user about the same.
