La loi 31-08 (le consommateur)

L'application de La loi 31-08 relative au consommateur marocain constitue un cadre complémentaire du système juridique en matière de protection du consommateur, à travers laquelle sont renforcés ses droits fondamentaux, notamment :
- le droit à l’information ;
- le droit à la protection de ses droits économiques ;
- le droit à la représentation ;
- le droit à la rétractation ;
