Craving Buster for Android
Craving Buster is an incredibly simple and effective app that takes seconds to learn with an almost instantaneous effect.
A few minutes is sufficient to combat immediate cravings, and using the app for a few minutes each day can dramatically and permanently reduce your desire to indulge in a craving.
Craving Buster takes advantage of recent studies in cognitive science proving that memories are more malleable than originally thought. By recalling the object of a craving and then associating it with something disgusting, it is possible to reform one's subconscious feelings towards the things we crave.
After watching a BBC documentary in which this technique was demonstrated, I decided to create the app to help my wife and I get over our chocolate craving. It has been ludicrously effective.

Usage:
I recommend using the app for not more than 2-3 minutes per day. Overuse may desensitise you, and therefore reduce the effectiveness.
I must stress the important of the "visualisation" phase. You must try hard to recall a pleasant memory associated with your craving. Try to make it as vivid and visceral as possible. The app works by reforming these memories into negative associations.

Okay, it is disgusting. I agree. When my wife first used it, she was so disgusted that she got angry with me! But here's the thing: the more disgusting you find it, the more effective it is for you! If you don't find it gross, then unfortunately it's probably not going to work for you.
