Verbum Catholic Bible Study for Android
This is a great app for studying the Bible and Catechism. I use it daily!
A must have for serious catholic theology and scripture understanding.
Great app! Love learning our faith and this is extremely helpful!
Gray app
Great resource for our Catholic faith. Cross-referencing is excellent. Having integrated apostolic writings, papal documents, Church Father homilies, and other material is wonderful.
Everything you could ask for to study the Catholic faith.
This app is packed full of resources.
This is an excellent app for anyone serious about researching and learning the Catholic Faith.
Very good Bible Study App. It is on fire!
This app is a great resource for Catholic Bible study.
It's great.
Die App ist eine große Hilfe, die Bibel zu studieren und Zugriff auf viele Ressourcen zu erhalten. Dabei ist die Basis-App frei für alle.
Must have app for Catholics.
This app should allow for fonts that display well on Android phones. The standard font is a serif font. There should be options for a sans serif font.
Wish I found this sooner
It's good. I like the desktop version better but this is a good app.
Best bible app I've seen so far...
Great app to learn and study the truth
Excellent Catholic resources
Love it.
The best Bible study and assembly of books in your pocket.
A powerful resource for anyone serious about studying the Bible.
I love it!
I have been using and am still using a few other apps. Verbum is by far one of the best. In Combination with their study bible app (which is in a class of its own) verbum has truly created a five star app.
I love the Verbum app. I use it everyday! It has so much of what I need at my fingertips.
Guaranteed to teach you important tenants of the catholic Faith.
A Useful Tool for Every Catholic - Un Recurso Útil para todo Católico
Good app
The app won't load, it freezes on the Verbum loading screen. Please contact me to troubleshoot. I love this alp when it's working. Thank you.
Ok I like certain parts of this software. Layout looks intuitive until you actually want to use it. First. Even with a good network connection and rig, Its slow. Like molasses slow. For the amount being paid to use thousands it is incredibly slow. Lets talk about usefulness. The search feature is really poor. It does not know how to make a search the way people are used to searching subjects. It instead pretends to behave like an "assistant" as a feature. A useless one.
I really enjoy this program but I don't see why you don't allow us to store the program on our SD card.
Awesome selection of resources. It would take a lifetime to exhaust them.
Very enrichening tool that I can use whenever I am at Mass.
Perfect compliment to PC version. Reading on a tablet for hours is much easier than o. A desktop or even a laptop. I can read for hours, make notes and markings on the Android app, and have everything perfectly synced across all my devices. Doesn't get better than this.
After hearing Patrick Madrid talk about Verbum on Immaculate Heart Radio (AM 1310 in Phoenix, Arizona), I downloaded the app. I'm still exploring it, but I can immediately see that this is an incredible tool that all people will be greatly enriched by. Thanks to the good folks who made this software available for free and thanks to Patrick Madrid for spreading the word about it.
A lot of knowledge at my fingertips. I find it easy to use and love the quick links to auxiliary materials.
Best Bible Study app on the market
Verbum, Logos and the Faithlife study Bible are simply without equal when it comes to Christian software. The capacity to do detailed searches, exegetical and Bible passage as well as word and topic studies are unmatched. With every word in your library indexed it is possible to find references to topics in books one wouldn't otherwise consult enabling a comprehensiveness unmatchable in a physical library, and to do so in seconds. Accessible from anywhere Internet access is available
Catholicism is the true carrier of the word of God. And Verbum is another great way to show the light of the holly spirit working on the church that Jesus founded.

I love having my Verbum library right on my phone. The split screen option has worked well, so I can have two Bible texts linked or a Bible text and commentary. The search option UI is a little clunky but it's powerful.
