You are an idiot if you are rating this app unless you are the technition from a carrier. This app has absolutely nothing to offer the consumer except to help the technician from your carrier connect to your phone. You think it's not working is because you're too stupid know how it's supposed to work. I can also see lots of idiots here that are rating ANY app without any description of what they like or dislike about it. Absolute moron you are. Affecting the rating of an app without listing why? Idiot!
