Harmony® Link for Android
Absolutely terrible! Will not log into account. Tried both of my existing Logitech remote accounts as well as created a third. Complete junk and this is coming from a techno junkie. I own 8 Harmony remotes but this product is junk. New Google Pixel XL running 7.1.1!
Hello, Everytime I launch the harmony link app it causes an unrecoverable error "unfortunately settings have stopped". I have had to format my phone 3 times and fully reinstall everything. Everytime I launch the app the error comes up and I can no longer access my settings. Something associated with this app is corrupting my phone. Running Lollipop 5.0 on Galaxy Note 3. It would be nice if you could patch the Logitech Link to use the newer harmony app at least. Logitech, where's the love???
The same password that works on the Desktop version does not work in the Android version. edit: I had to create a new account for Harmony Link to work. Apparently, it does not work with account created through Google instead of Email.
So many bad reviews what is logitech doing about it? You get channel review on the ios version why not on here? Hate to see developers half ass it with Android versions.
This app is garbage, slow all the time and a terrible remote experience. Can't believe Logitech sells something that could be useful but ruins it with this terrible app.
Doesn't connect to the hardware, and if it ever does, you can't log in to your account. Says wrong password despite doing resets.
Can't login to account
Another app with bugs, without widgets from Logitech.
Poor product, New or old
I love the idea and most functions operate without issues. As I've read in earlier reviews, the ipad version of this app is much better than the Droid version. I have both apple tv and android tv boxes and this app is missing a much needed keyboard and mouse function in app. The android tv box remote doesn't work well enough for me to even bother using it other than to turn it on. Also miss the cable TV listing like on ipad. Please update.
Half the time it won't connect. Used to work good. Over priced hardware for $100. I don't recommend any Logitech products. Have a broken Logitech stereo system and another remote that are broken. Are designed to work a few years then break. Over priced junk.
It's time to throw this useless piece of garbage away. Nothing connects to it anymore and all it does is waste energy. I'll never buy another product from Logitech.
Not perfect but really nice
App will not find Link if IP address is set to manual, but works when set to DHCP. Previous versions have no issues. Tried v1, v1.5, v2.0.something. All found the link when on static IP.
I have to do a little song and dance every time I want something. It's close but far away from the perfect app
Basically an awesome app that is easy to use and works as intended. However. There's a BUT. I have a Nexus 5 that does most things at the speed of light......but not opening this app. Takes a loooooooong time to open. Almost defeats its purpose as I end up just finding the TV remote instead of waiting. A lock screen control widget would be awesome to have.
I Don't know what they fixed it does not work anymore black screen on My Note 3 and crash on my Note 10.1 guess what I can't use TV anymore I have to chase my remotes now
Can't connect to the hub
Useless.
Glad I still have on iPad otherwise I wouldn't be able to operate anything.

For the most part, this app does what it says it does. However, IT IS SLOW! I would give it more stars if they could improve the performance. Also the UI is a bit clunky; Seems they really want you to leverage the gesture features to control volume, pause play, etc. But you end up having to swipe to other screens to get to controls that don't have gestures it makes it not worth having; it seems like it's only in the way. I would rather have a standard remote UI, and let me control what the default screen and what buttons to present.
Since the upgrade when I reopen from the tray the srcreen were I was before disapear and I get the touch screen instead. I would like to add that I love the app, especialy the layout which is way better, more complete than my wife's iPhone.
Now it crashes sometimes
It works.
Really need to increase connection speed. Tablet is lacking. Needs to be like the crappie ipad... So sad, waist of $.
The iPod interface is so much better. They could incorporate how that looks into the android and it would be ok. This android interface is horrible. Doesn't make sense and is sloppy.
Have used Harmony Link for a while now and keep waiting for an update to fix an issue where you can't customize ANYTHING. I can successfully enter edit mode but right after I go to add a button or make a change, expecting to be thrown back out into edit mode, get thrown into edit mode for gesture's. I click done and exit customize mode and my button change is no where to be seen. Done this on 2 different tablets/versions of Android and on my phone with the latest 4.4.3 and all act the same.
No updates and no support.
Singing is something bout me
Poor product, New or old
Suddenly not compatable

This version has been out now for 6 months and you still only get 12 buttons per screen on a tablet! Logitech, are you supporting this product or purposely trying to get your customers to toss it in the trash!? Support this product, use some common sense in the design and please fix the problem with it taking so long to find the Link on my network! The latest upgrade gives you fewer icons than the old version. This means if you have a tablet there is now even more wasted space per screen. Still, if you have one of these devices you have NO option to upgrade. The latest update seems to have broken the connection routine, although now that the app has become so useless I'm getting more excersise from manually changing channels. Don't upgrade if you have the old Harmony Link app on your device.
Galaxy Nexus. It used to be pretty good but now the app fails to connect to the device.
I love it!!!! But I'm not sure why every version doesn't look like the IPad version. This thing would sell like hot cakes if it did. So put a guide in every version LOGITECH!!!!! -_-
Previous layout was more intuitive + fully customizable. Cons: 2 menu bars on bottom but none on touchscreen. 4x4 button layout? Swipe between screen?
Easily setup, and it works on my Epic. It kind of sucks there's no support for Honeycomb or ICS. I'll sideload it to my Tab 10.1 and see what happens. Now for the part that really drops my rating.... Unable to manage the device from the mobile app, and the website only works on Windows or Mac. These issues demonstrate a poor understanding of how someone who would buy this would actually use it. If you're a mobile only person, you're screwed. UPDATE: The app update on 4/30/2014 made things worse!
Sooooo slow

Honestly, when this app actually decides to connect to my harmony hub it works great... It's a shame it only connects about 1/4 of the time. You'd expect a bit better app development from a company like Logitech so I'm a bit surprised on how awful this is. Please, anyone who's just bought a Harmony hub... Throw it in the trash and avoid at all costs using this app.
