Logitech Arx Control for Android
It really is an amazing app. I usually don't do reviews but since this one it's been working so flawlessly I decided to. I don't play videogames but I edit RAW 4K videos and this app let me monitor the stats of my CPU, GPU, and RAM from my iPad and phone. It's neat and simple and most of all it ALWAYS works!
In much need of attention. The system stats on temp and performance/load is great, but no profile switching for RGB lit keyboards (this would be great in games such as Starcraft, where you can play as different characters and teams with different abilities and shortcut keys. This would also be beneficial for times where you are in game, and the Logitech gaming software doesn't detect the game (E.G. Overwatch). The in game second screen function does not work, where it was supposed to support games that had second screen function for the G15 and G19 keyboard.
Requires you to uninstall all Android System Webview updates to connect and even then it only connects maybe 1 time out of 30 tries. When it does connect it's decent but is only really good for watching system stats and that's it. This app is trash and there seems to be no desire on Logitechs end to fix it so it gets 1 star.
A nice handy addition to the Logitech G810 Orion Spark Keyboard with its phone/tablet cradle, however:- Does not show both GPU's on one screen within the very useful System Monitor mode if using SLI (double GPU's). Temperatures for CPU and GPU a bit suspect as the reading goes red to quickly. Fan speed for GPU doesn't work. When will you update Logitech or have you forgotten about the App? PLEASE. PLEASE Update!
Been a year since last update. This app gives Logitech a bad name. Why they would put the time and effort into this just to drop the development is beyond me. Make this thing open source so we can actually put it to good use. This is exactly why I refuse to invest into Logitech stock. Continuing their trend in failure to deliver.
If having issues connecting, you must be on WiFi!! Ok, this app used to be AWESOME! I haven't used it for awhile, then got a new phone ne...redownloaded it and it sucks!! It doesn't do anything anymore except launch games ...no settings and pc info, and all that cool stuff ...why??? Total bummer!! (using the Logitech G410 and phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8+)
It would be nice if it didn't really so heavily on Wi-Fi to work. In my room, I sometimes get poor connection, and app will start glitching. It would be nice if it could connect using micro usb so that I could get both better connection and change the phone at the same time.
It was working great and I loved the app but one day it just didn't connect. Says that my pc didn't accept and I need to manually accept it from my pc, but I never get the option to link. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a software issue?
It is a nice idea. But it's limited to Wi-Fi only. If it could use bluetooth or even better, a USB connection, it would be way more useful. I use the internet off my phone via Wi-Fi, so if I connect this app via Wi-Fi, I can no longer use the internet. Which isn't exactly ideal
While the shiny, if largely useless, PC stats and media control do work properly and merit 2 stars for that, this was designed to replace the LCD screen on Logitech peripherals like the G13. However, this is strangely missing the single most important part of that screen: Profile switching. If I want to manually switch profiles, I still need to use the display on my G13. That's a major oversight that really makes this app completely useless.
I bought a G910 keyboard and a G502 mouse, and they are VERY GOOD! Why is this app so horrible? Loading times: bad, Design: bad; Logitech, this app doesn't fit with gaming equipment for hundreds of euro!
None of the G-Series LCD Applets work on this thing. My G15 would show me my FPS, ingame stats, all sorts of important game-related data. This app shows me temperatures and RAM usage. Yay. I want my working LCD back :(
Very disappointing and very lagy. I have a G15 keyboard and it comes with a screen. The G15 sofware does quite a bit, like Ram consumption, a clock, check email, rss, cpu usage, teamspeak member identity and more. I like the fact that this app keeps track of the core temps in both the cpu and gpu. It also, has feature to load your games from the app...um why would I want to do that? I think this app has a lot of promise but for now it has a long way to go till it's actually useful. It connects through a Wi-Fi connection but that just creates game lag. This app would be best connecting through the usb port on the gaming keyboard but that option isn't possible yet.
I love my G910, but this app is super Janky, my phone is the Google Pixel which is about as mainstream as a phone can get and if I try to use an app such as Performance monitor I just get black text on a dark background that is all jumbled up and mashed together. Hoping that gets fixed because if this app ever works as advertised for me, it's something I've love to use.
The concept is great but as a unified interface it's lacking. Hardware monitoring is great, but not having any additional features that are truly useful makes this a poorly thought out mechanic for otherwise great peripherals. The fact that I can't even monitor my headset battery and charge, surround sound, audio profiles, the inability to change G keys, all show how this was a gimmicky feature that could have been utilized far better.
I really really wanted this thing to, work? I mean, I am not even sure if it is capable of doing the things they say it does... Only roughly 6-7 of my 100+ games load into it and it has NO other functionality... Is it just on my end? My phone (Note5)? I'm lost and would LOVE some answers and an awesome Logitech app that works well with my games with great functionality! I'm starting to worry they gave up on this thing if the issue isn't on my end!
The idea behind the app is great. I switched from a G19 to a G PRO and I'm missing my old keyboard screen, but this app has to do better. It feels old, and some icons are not rendered properly I don't know why.
The app works well and gives real time vitals of the PC. Fan speeds, CPU, GPU usage ext... The only issue I have is that it only shows GPU temp and not CPU temp. Any ideas why my CPU temp wont show?
Desperately needs DIRECT Android support for using mice such as G502 Proteous Spectrum and Keyboards such as G810 Orion Spectrum RGB on android without a separate computer. Don't you guys know that these days there are Android phones and tablets that are more powerful than some gaming computers?
COULD YOU PLEASE MAKE AN OPTION TO CHANGE THAT HORRIBLE CIAN COLOR?? ALL MY LOGITECH DEVICES ARE RED OR GREEN OR BRIGHT BLUE RGB AND THIS APP IN MY PHONE WITH THAT COLOR JUST LOOKS HORRIBLE ON MY KEYBOARD. YOU GET THE IDEA? ALSO IF YOU CAN ADD A MUSIC VISUALIZER FOR MY MEDIA WOULD BE GREAT AND I WILL CHANGE THE STARS TO 5.
The fact that you cannot use the app unless both the app and pc are on wifi makes this application useless to me. Make the app work over usb and ill rerate it. Untill then not worth my time
The LGS(Windows) said connected but the APP said did not.I tried to delete the device in the Arx Control tab over and over again. The Firewall? I tried.Reset the Windows OS? I tried.Storage permission? I given. Even changed the Android OS.It still don't work.REALLY confused.Just don't support 7.1 or 7.0
After the latest update I get really tiny buttons on the media tab crammed into the upper left corner. Each button is about this size of an asterisk when they used to proportionately fill the screen. Lots of miss clicks as a result now lol. S6Edge if that makes any difference. Other than that, fantastic app.

I had the G19, but it was getting old and I had spilled tea on it so it just wasn't the same. I also didn't feel like paying for another $200 keyboard. This works and looks awesome on my tablet. AIDA64 looks great on the much larger screen and seems to display everything in real time. Impressive.
This WAS a great app to be paired with one of the best gaming mechanical keyboards out there, the G910. Unfortunately for the past many months, this app has not worked in displaying almost anything. The app will pair just fine, but it will not display information, such as pc performance, macros, media keys. It will only ever show a refreshing circle spinning for eternity. UPDATE, Logitech actually released an update to fix this issue. App works alright now.
Almost 2 years since I left my g19 and g19s for my g910 and still to this day no fps, no Fraps, nothing honestly... only gta5 and bf1 do anything regarding support and that is just rgb lighting. Crap if u ask me. Why can't u allow me to have fps at least. Or wow support or vent or anything that the g15 supported. Fail!
The media applet is completely broken on Galaxy S6 (probably due to the 1440p screen?) - the controls are miniscule and therefore useless. Other than that, the app design feels a bit "holo" and could be modernised. Hasn't been updated in over 3 months so I'm not expecting this app to thrive at all.
Installed it months ago and it worked great and used it all the time. Now when I try and load up the app, it just crashes.. I have updated my software on my pc (even deleted and resinstalled), and deleted the app multiple times and checked for updates. Still not working.
For the most part LAC is a great app that lets you monitor stats, make changes to G keys and mouse controls on Logitech devices. The one thing I don't like is every time I get a text msg. it shuts down and has to restart...not sure what the problem is here? Would certainly be nice it there was a fix for this problem.

I have windows 10 and i can not get my devices paired to it, im on the same network and it says it cant find arx. The LGS is up to date and the weird thing is that it worked fine on windows 7. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions.?
Spinning wheel of fun, did a bit of searching around appears to be a problem with the Android System WebView app. Uninstalled the updates, works like a charm now. Will update review if logitech patches. Update-The app has been updated and works good now. Will update again if it stays this way.
Reinstalled x3, 3rd attempt used USB cable, still a no go
A great app from Logitech that has very good integration with their peripherals. My only issue with it is that the Play/Pause button in the Media section of the app doesn't work at all. Very unfortunate really, as media control is one of the better features of the app.
When using media controls the play button plays Song and pauses it after 1 second. Just to have to press play again for another second of playback everything else on this app works it would be great to add a remote control feature so you can view your desktop or were you can set different keys for your devices on your phone

The idea is great and the backend seems to work great, nearly no delay and reliable. But the frontend of the app is a whole other story. Gruesome input lag, badly scaled elements, e.g the media controls key a fairly hard to see on my device, because their about 10px height. Please fix these issues with the overlay and the Arx Control will turn out great!

Nice to have quick access to media features through the app, especially when I'm in another room or switched to a different PC. Thanks!
