Logistrics Taxi for Android
I have this app for the last Capel days but notification sound not working.i try so many different ways but still problem. ....?
The screen becomes black when try to scroll up or down.
Just started using this app. At the end of my trip it says the app isn't responding and still continues to say "$0" for the trip. Did I do a trip for free??? And no where does it explain the color boxes and what they mean, blue green yellow...which is what so I know if I'm using them correctly if I'm free, busy, away

Apps keeps crashing at end of fare and requires to log out in a 2 or 3steps process this is crazy and it happens to all the other drivers here as well whether using phones or tablets and all with new updates. Also why does it take 4 touch screen actions to launch navigation when it takes an Uber app only one touch! The app needs a total makeover.
I think the app should give us a choice of ringtones instead of the default text ringtones! It confuses me from my regular text messages!

After last update everything changed in a bad way
The company lies we were with them for more than 2 years our contract was set for 2 years then month to month after that we cancelled our subscription to them now they hit our account for more than $600 do not use it is a scam
If a person is on phone, they miss runs. We had 200 runs dispatch in cycles over 1000 times because drivers were on the phone. Customer database is not available, but kept by LOGISTRICS and you don't have access to download. They don't tell the truth about much. The delays in the system make it very cumbersome. The base fee is ONLY the base fee. I was told by salesman that more was included, but then the ADD-ON's cost significantly more than the base price of the system. The first salesperson quit the company. I could tell he was pretty frustrated with the back-end crashes they have. In spite of what they say, there IS down time on the system. There is a new? sales manager his name starts with D and ends with K. He played dumb when I asked him for the re-seller agreement he promised me on the phone. Instead, he went around me directly to MY customer/drivers in a company I dispatched for to sell them the product. CROOOOOOKED Don't get associated with these people is my recommendation. You can only guess that the first 17 review are from employees.!

New update messed things up in a big way, crashes and new fares will only show after pressing on flag then fare several times.many keep restarting it to make it work til it crashes again.
I now can get to all parts of the app using my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+. Great app!

Subsequent to our conversation this afternoon, we had a chance to review & we would like to explicitly set out a few things so you have a clear understanding of where we stand: 1. Your completed the original electronic Agreement with us for $12.50 per vehicle subject to monthly minimum of USD 150 (which is an old rate) & yet you are set up at $11 per vehicle & USD 100 (Derek likely gave you a further break to help you). This is clearly untenable hereafter and Derek will discuss changes to this with you shortly and provide you 30 days notice of the changes. Our current minimum pricing is USD $17.50 per USER on the system subject to minimum of USD$ 150 2. Billing is on the 1st of each month. Customers with credit card on file with us are notified if payment is unsuccessful. We do not notify customers who take on the onus to remit payment to us.That is the sole responsibility of your Company to pay on time as you have not provided a credit card on file. We cannot be responsible for chasing you for payments when you have chosen to take the onus for this. 2. If, as of the morning of the 15th of any month, we have still not received payment, we will immediately suspend your account

Need a modern interface! It is like traveling back in time to the 90's!
Very bad software. Not reliable.Dispatch issue trips to their friends so no one know what's going on.I get less trips now.all good reviews must be given by developers otherwise it's very bad.

For managing a fleet of cars, I looked at over ten programs and this was the best quality, not to mention the best for the money!!! Give this a try.
Program seems to shut down the phone when logged in, so you cannot receive or make calls. Also messaging between dispatch & drivers doesn't work & no IM associated with program.

Logistrics taxi is a excellent app and it is so easy to use. I've been using this app for sometime now and whenever I have had any questions or concerns there has always been someone there willing to help me. We are currently working a 40 vehicle fleet with this app and everyone in the fleet loves the simple to use features.The way you can just tap the address and it goes directly into the gps mode guiding you directly to your address.My dispatchers also love the features as well, no more watching the clock worrying about releasing a time call on time, this app does it all for you, all you have to do is enter the information. This app really does everything for you besides drive the car. The best part about it is that it very,very affordable, we found out about this system by a crook that was trying to charge us hundreds more than what it really cost, i seen his review, "indy pl" he must have been exposed because he seems angry, o well thanks Logistrics Taxi, you've been a great help to my business....
I like that the solution does what is says it does. Its stable, 100% uptime for the past several months and the new interface is really cool. Avoid Samsung Notes as they do not work for some reason when there are calls. I use an Acer and it works fine. Also Verizon works really well (maybe good coverage?) for this solution. Haven't tried other networks besides Verizon. Reports are downloadable although if its large amounts of data it takes a while. Daily reports work well. Its only when one wants an entire month at a time, it takes a while. I received an email recently about the booking app for customers which supposedly works on all smart phones. Haven't tried it yet. Plan to keep using.

v1.71- loads of excellent features. really liking the new orders page and reports. new UI looks amazing!

Buggy on the driver side, especially in dead zones
I signed up only to find the program a time limited demo. Monthly fee required. I created a unique email and they SOLD MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO A SPAMMER!
I love how responsive they are when you have ideas and suggestions, whether it's a problem you're having or feature that should be available but isn't
