I use to love this app but lately it be horrible. Always any issue. Everytime new update the worser the app gets

It's always says opps we have a problem try again. useless

I cannot get it to download onto my phone. It keeps telling me my internet is not connected and when I try using data, the message says the same thing... frustrating since I have a deadline to schedule my trips.

Never works...can't put in pick up time & can't find the address...ARGGG

Last year i was diagnosed with cancer and had to have my tongue completely removed. Due to very limited speech capability I downloaded this app to book my rides to and from the hospital and doctor appointments. It worked great for a little while but now it's pretty much functionally dead. When trying to book or cancel reservations all I get is system error messages. Basically all it does now is allow me to see my upcoming reservations. Thank you for taking a perfectly good app and ruining it.

It did work great and was much faster and easier than calling or using the website (which I don't currently have access to). However, for about a month now, every time I try to create a reservation, it won't recognize my home address...Or any others for that matter. I don't have time to sit on hold on the phone or call back over and over to make more than 3 reservations at a time. Please fix this app!

I absolutely "loved" the app at first. Now I can log in , put in all my info and when I push submit, it says "oh no, cannot create reservation, please try again." geeesh so annoying

What's up with this app?! It was working just fine when I first installed it and then it started giving me oh no! Errors or wouldn't even let me log in half the time. When it works it works perfect and is so much more user friendly than the website and the ppl on the phone are rude so I refuse to call in my reservations. Get this app together cause I really enjoy using it but its gotta work all the time or its gone

I can't even log in to give it a try! With all the reviews complaining about how it's not working, why hasn't anything been done? This goes back to January, maybe even further! Please fix it so we can use it.

Try to long in and it won't let me! This is a waste of space on my phone. I really would like to be able to set up my trips to my doctors but this is my second time trying to get the app to work.

This app is ridiculous. Won't let u sign in half the time..gave me trip codes then denied them on the day I was to be there! Then if u can log in...it went load the various pages. What a sorry excuse of an app...u should b ashamed!!! It is the first app I have ever given only 1 star! And it doesn't even deserve that! What a piece of crap!!!

Pick up button doesn't work. The cancel button doesn't allow you to cancel even when you are doing it days in advance. Also you are not able to contact who ever is your driver to assist them in locating you. I just hate this app.

It's horrible and it Doesn't work. The registration ends with adding another member's name and information. REALLY?! What's the purpose of this?! ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.

Doesnt work. Cant type in a birthday. I had to hit the buttonover 250 times to scroll through the calendar yo enter the birthday. Really ****up

Once I finished my reservertion is not letting me process I call technical support and they couldn't help me they just said that they will work on it for new update

The bottom of the calendar and answers to questions are covered by the submit button and you can't scroll to change it. I've reinstalled twice and it gets worse.

The app will not let me add myself as member, I guess I'll just have to stick to calling and making appointments

Straight up awful. It won't let us put our addresses in. It's better to just call.

Put in everything correctly but days "unable to register user.". Doesn't say why or anything. Very frustrating.

Half the time I get the dreaded "oh no" message and unable to log in. Seems like it wasnt tested properly.

It does not work Pure and simple. Absolutely worthless.

Being able to schedule a trip without the long wait of calling in is a BLESSING. Just wish the email notification would tell you trip approved or there's an issue. My only complaint. Instead you must log back in and find the trip date, it's a real pain. Otherwise I truly appreciate this app!!!

Used beta for close to a year never problem but here we go with some efficiency that's sucks.... very hard to get support and as usualCAN.'T LOG IN

Would be 5 stars but I can't cancel trips on the app.i can click cancel but it wont load the reasons to cancel the trip FIX THIS
