After waiting years for an Android app for LogicNow's MaxRM platform, we finally got one that worked quite well and I used it numerous times in a pinch. The Take Care feature worked great. At some point since the acquisition by SolarWinds, the app was updated and now it crashes on start up. Disappointing, especially since I didn't figure it out until I was in a position to need it to work.

Crashes on launch now. Marshmallow and nougat. Was also lacking take control and also basic abilities. Would be nice to clear faults, run tasks and push alerts.

Much better than the last app, but... you just got Take Control working with this new Android app but now it doesn't work again with the new v10.5 Take Control software.....

Good app so far. It has worked well except crashed a few times. I have emailed those bug reports. Could improvement would be integration with Teamviewer. Currently only integrates with Take Control. Also when clearing checks, it would be great if the fields were more consistent with the web portal whereas the private note is first.

So far so good. Defaults to open to problem workstations, and as with the dashboard it defaults to server views. Personally I'd like to have the option to default to Workstations OR Servers, and the option to default to ALL devices or just Problem devices. Teamviewer/TakeControl integration in the mobile app was a nice surprise! It worked smooth the first time I tried it. Very nice job so far guys! Fix the default views and I'd give it 5 stars!

SO much better than the old app (which actually did not work at all). Loaded up, shows problems as well as all clients and devices, with access to all dashboard info. I think I'm going to be happy with this. Holding off on 5 stars until it's proved itself a little

I've been waiting for an app of this quality for a while and I have to say this looks and feels great. A few improvements to make it 5 stars. 1) allow the ability to switch to the description of a computer instead of just the computer names. Thanks to how some clients name computers it can be a hassle when you don't know which one you're dealing with and the description is editable easily. 2) take control seems a little wonky in its execution. That's likely because of how Team Viewer works on mobile though.

So the app is a major update to the old one. Ty. TC however opens TeamViewer but doesn't forward the api information. Leaving me on a basic TV page asking for the ID number.

Could use a pin code protection, right now your kid can grab your phone and dive right in, especially that take control works now and is just a single click away.
