Was getting error messages when trying to log in but the team at JSA were extremely professional and worked hard to solve the problem and kept me updated on their progress. The mobile app is excellent the only request I have is to be able to edit forms using the web dashboard.

except for your apparent bug update. I saved midway after spending an hour filling out a very informative JSA. It automatically saved to Incomplete JSA. I returned to complete it and all tasks, risks, and hazards have disappeared and were replaced by a template. I've paid for these features to be saved. I find it extremely aggravating that I have wasted hours of research and filling out these fields only to be thrown away. Please, set ONE way to save and KISS. Other than that, it looks beautiful. Thank you.

Just dont switch phones. For what it is the app was good. I think it needs the ability to save a basic template for easier use. Maybe some better programming around the email log in feature or a save app feature to allow you to transfer the app purchase to a new or second device as well as save docs ro google drive feature.

Awesome, simple, easy app to make you think! Works great on Note 2, but crashes on my Note 4. Would be awesome to save to a cloud too!

Asks for in app purchases in order to make the app worthwhile. If you can't save your jsa's, it makes the app pointless.

The app crashes whenever you try to create a department. None of the forms will save without a department, so this glitch renders the app completely useless.
