About PTO Tracker Free
PTO Tracker is used to keep track of your Paid Time Off (PTO). Are you curious if taking off next Tuesday will cause you issues with that vacation three months from now? Quickly see how much PTO you'll have on a given date. This is both a simple and powerful PTO calculator.
Helpful Hints:
- If you want to take hour increments rarely, just long-press on the date in full/half day mode to enter hours or fractional hours. Long-press will also give you other options, like bonus entry.
- To go directly to a given day quickly, click on "Week of" in the entry screen.
For when you occasionally get bonus PTO, but working overtime or a special occasion, you can long press the date to add in this bonus time. Or select "Advanced Mode" as the input method and always have quick access to these rare values (more coming soon).

You can always find another app, one that does just a little more than the previous but there's no way any other app would beat the customer service you get with PTO tracker. I had a couple of questions so I sent an email not expecting a response for a day or two...less than 5 minutes later I received an answer...all I can say is WOW!!

Simple app = great, but I'm looking for an app that calculates pto time for the future (scheduled, but not yet used along with used pto).Will this be added? Wish there was an app that had this so I could stop using an excel spreadsheet.

Found this app after thinking ti would be nice to have a way to keep track of my PTO with out having to remember to update my own spreadsheet all the time. This app is super easy to setup and use (not sure how other found it hard to enter their information). I don't have a need for the widgets or separate buckets for sick time, but I am still considering getting the paid version to just support the developers.

Although my PTO technically accrues each month, that only matters if I leave my company. For planning purposes I wanted to start with the whole year's worth so I set it up to accrue all of my PTO on January 1 each year. I also needed to track by hours since I work a 9/80 schedule and some vacation days are 9 hours and some are 8. This app lets me do that. It also allows for carryover hours that weren't used the previous year. I would, however, like to see an option to hide all but the current year so it's less confusing to look at now that I've been using it for a couple years. I'd also like to see the "unscheduled" hours left on the home screen instead of just the hours that haven't actually been used yet. Thanks for a great app.

This is very basic.. it is easier to track using Excel than this The free version does not let you start the year with 0 or any amount. This is going away from my device

I found this app when I really started accruing PTO and wanted to be able to see if I would have enough time to take a week a couple months from now. It works precisely as I expect it too. I put a feature request in with the developer and he IMMEDIATELY got back to me to with a couple questions for clarification and was able to implement it. I highly suggest checking it out. I ended up purchasing the full version ultimately.
