I travel for work and spend many nights in hotels. I love this app and how many hotels it works in. Due to this I purchased the interactive guide which worked great until I got a new phone.... Now they want me to buy the interactive guide again.... If it wasn't for this I would rate 5 stars but I refuse to buy what I already purchased a couple months ago when it says it's valid for a year

In order to view any guide, you need to purchase a subscription within the application. Hotels that have this installed no longer have even the local regions satellite or cable guide and you’re forced to use this horrible application in order to have even a semblance of information. SONIGI Solutions Inc is just another example of a company taking advantage of others lack of knowledge of technology.

This thing is a man-in-the-middle app that sits between Chromecast and you in order to sell you additional services. That's fine, but the result is that it is extremely fragile. It's constantly disconnecting and losing track of my devices. I haven't been able to play thru a movie yet without stayconnect dropping out.

Great if you cNt be bothered to look for your hotel TV remote, literally pointless for everything else. Chromecast was the reason I downloaded it, sadly while I use Chromecast at home and work, it doesn't work with this app. I'll just bring a Chromecast physical device with me next time and skip the 'app'.

Most channels are as advertised and it works well however some channels are just plain wrong and the show on the guide is wrong

Doesn't speed things up at all. Can't change TV input. It's a scam to get $1 out of you for the premium version that includes a program guide. Just give the program guide for free you cheap bas+@rd$! The hotels that use this service got conned.

There is no cast button in any app, YouTube, Netflix, twitch, etc, I have control of the TV but the cast button is not there, we tried with iPhone and android and this just doesn't work.

Worthless without the guide. The guide is only 99 cents a year but still feels like a bait and switch.

Paid for app twice in last 12 months and still don't have the guide. Asked for refund and they refuse to respond.

I made the in app purchase for $1 and it did show the current program listings which was great, but then I changed to another tab to set the volume and when I came back to the program listing it wanted me to pay another dollar. After closing the app and coming back in I now can no longer pair it to the TV. How do I get my money back for an in app purchase? I can't figure it out.

Doesn't actually work as intended. App is suppose to allow to cast screen to tv but is false advertising as the app does not provide such functionality. Assumption is that app is padding installs with fake ads and incomplete service. Based on current actual reviews, the 5 stars seem to be padded as well. Will report to Better Business Bureau.

Fail, force close on Android N. Multiple devices. This is really in the dark ages when it comes to coding. Bad call reference in their code. Also does not recognize device if android ID changes. No more dark theme. Poor customer support.

An ok looking app. At least in WorldMark by Wyndham their prices are too high to pay for. In movies alredy released I can rent one for $1.50 at a Redbox which are now every where than us paying $17.99 thru here. Conclusion, this is a RIPOFF. Better change your business game or this may not last 4. 2. Long!

The app store is full of terrible apps that open and then just close. This has got to be the best one I've ever used. Tap the icon, it opens, then Bam! It closes. Crazy fast too! I even tried to restart my phone to make sure i wasn't just dreaming but after the reboot it still opens and then closes (maybe even faster than before the reboot). Keep up the good work guys. I hope you'll be able to get it to the point where I don't even have to install the app. Until then, I'll keep using this version.

Nearly useless. Only serves to drive more revenue. You can't control the inputs to the TV or anything. Pure sh*t.

I have used the app successfully on a Moto X (1st Gen) and even bought the guide. Now using a Nexus 5x and it refuses to open - even after uninstall/reinstall & reboot!

Seamless family fun! We read the reviews and ordered anyway. We were on vacation and wanted to rent a movie, this is the service the hotel had; we read the reviews and despite the negative experiences, we ordered with NO PROBLEMS. Easy, fast and fun. Enjoy.

Never opened always crashed loading on a Nexus 6... Flagship developer standard device. Unacceptable.

Was working great last week. Then I updated to Nougat and it no longer works. Crashes on opening. Weak!

Cast button doesn't show up on supported apps. Their "troubleshooting tips" are turn it off and turn it on again and if that doesnt work call us.

Unless you pay to upgrade the app all you can do is turn the tv on/off, change the volume or purchase movies.

No your phone doesn't need an IR blaster for this to work. This app allows you to turn the tv on and off, adjust volume and direct tune the channel (not go one by one to get to where you want.) It also lists what the channels are.. ie. Channel 15 is CNN. The free version is fine for me.

Application crashes when trying to start up. Assuming it's because it wasn't tested on the newest version of Android.

Works ok when it is working. Leave the hotel room for the day, and have uninstall then reinstall to get it to link to the tv. Can't download the app using the hotel's wifi - must use my wireless data plan to download. Many "tba" instead of actual program info.

This app failed to launch on my phone. I am using google Nexus 5x

Very pointless unless you want to buy movies on your phone.....that you can do with the remote

Rarely I find the mobile icon in the hotel to link. I decide to pay $.99 as it was available. The menu for channels in free version was working, now I have just a icon. I paid $.99 before a couple years ago and I believe it was lifetime, so now I am being robbed twice. Update: 112016 app crashes Everytime......so never got to use paid app....class action lawsuit might be needes
