I can't set my delivery address of my home, if I am in office.It only allows to have current location as delivery location. It should allow to pick location from the map.

It got updated n stopped working. Upon that didn't get my order delivered yet

I have updated it to your new version and it is not working. What kind of bug it is. It says in beta testing.

HI Local Ramu, it is great experience with you guys. In starting, i faced a lot of issues for water delivery. I need to follow up continuously but now all the issues resolved and i am seeing huge improvement over the time. Here also i want to share my experience there were 2 instances. 1). Vendor delivered the water but he forced us to pay extra, i called their support team and they took issue very seriously and resolved it quickly. Also i got call from Mr. Santosh for future assurance, for not repeating the instance. 2). I was running out of cash i called support they respond very well and told me you can pay next time and they delivered water in withing 30 min it's very appreciated. Hope to enjoy same level of services in future. You guys are doing well keep on listening your customer and serving the same.

I'm very disappointed with the service provided by local ramu. There is no sense of accountability and I get a notification that the item has been delivered when it clearly hasn't. Even the customer care representatives and local vendors and rude and indecisive. Will ask people to avoid such lousy services

Pls do not send sms everytime. Just bcoz you have the contact information of the users you think you are doing a good business by sending sms (so that ppl who have uninstalled the app will also get to know what you are doing/offering.) It affects negatively.

Local ramu tq very much yar.... i used puncher service , i did't expected they came with in 1hr and solved my bike problem.. nice concept.. i surly refer in my clg. Tq local ramu

This people are realy cheaters. My suggest don't use this application.

This is 2nd time my order was not delivered on time as it's promised in app. Today 2:30 I ordered water can, not delivered till 6, so 6:30 called local ramu guys directely n you guys told that today it will be delivered but alas still waiting... Un-installing right now

Stop sending multiple SMS on my number..... don't need any service... irritating.

usefully app to get a cook, very helpful for finding a plumber in my locality, electrician is also available, laptop repair done, Washing Machine , Fridge, Pest Control, House Cleaning. and many more services are offered in the app.. great app

Was looking for a Carpenter from last one months, not found a single, and finally these people done in only 2/3 days.. Thanks guys..

They say that there is no visiting charges but they just send a third party independent worker to home , and the worker will ask for visiting charges. There is no proper policies still between you guys and your workers whoever (electrician,plumber etc.). I used it once and it was worst experience , the plumber whatever repaired have started creating problem again.

Booked for plumber & within 1 hour they responded .and m really impressed with their service..thanks a lot..

A Great delivery Guys, one of my friend referred local ramu provided all the home base services .... i tried today morning, they proved 30mins guaranty service. nice local ramu ,nice service nice response .

Worst service. 90 rs for Bisleri when I can get the same at 70 from any local vendor. Cheating customers is not good.

Price was mentioned something else and when called up, they just increased the price just by saying because of technical issue price was less mentioned

I registered a complaint few weeks back about unnecessary SMSes. They called and said my mobile number is removed from SMS sending list and requested me to change the rating. Well I started receiving the SMSes back again. How difficult it is to remove a number from your list. 1st Update, 21-Jan-2017: I wrote again to them and they have stopped sending SMSes for now. 2nd Update, 23-March-2017: I started receiving promotional SMSes again. LocalRamu may or may not be a good service but they for sure don't have any respect for users privacy. These guys will just keep spamming once they get your number. I am going ahead and complaining to TRAI about them.
