Why did you removed astrology service ??

I was a little sceptical before booking a service coz I usually prefer to do my own research in the market and look for the best service provider. But I thought to give LocalOye a shot and Oh boy I was so overwhelmed with the service I got. From the time of booking the service till the completion of service, I was constantly being informed n updated about the status. And the best part was that the service provider was so nice and friendly. Continue to have the same quality of providers. Kudos to your team.

Booked for an electric repair after 2 days 10 clock. No calls received from electrician. Even after call to electrician they r asking like can I send @ 3 o clock & even after that there is no call. Raised issue as service not attended. Still no reply from localoye. Raised issue through chat , they just asked for order I'd & .on no & then no reply. Don't contact me again I am uninstalling the app.

The service expert didn't show up... I waited for him the whole day... Had spoken to him and he assured me that he would come by 4.30 pm... He did not even inform about his not showing up... The service partner who came today offered good service... I also appreciate team LocalOye for their prompt response... Team LocalOye called me 3 times... A great service gesture...

There are very limited optns... I dnt get what I want to know.. I searched for local service, didnt get anything.. Basically they operate in some cities.. Not in India basis.. I would suggest Localoye team to upload services provided in Kolkata. aftr installing this app I have to uninstall it within 2 mins..

I have booked service for my washing machine repair. I received all the details and a call from service provider next day, he confirmed location and problem and informed he will come tomorrow. Next day nobody turned up.I called the service provider I got to know that he has cancelled the service due to distance. This was so unprofessional that no one even informed us about it, not even localoye. I submitted my complaint on app, still no response. Really unhappy...

I never got any response to any of my queries. I asked for a tattoo artist and the app said someone will be in touch in 6 working hours. There was no response in spite of 2 follow ups. Pretty bad service for an app that says we got you covered.

There was no update on the service I had booked, nor the customer care was reachable! I had to wait and waste my time so that I could get an update. Next time you get any "service" request, you better attend to those!

I am not satisfy with the service. They colored with oil paint to my Puma shoes to make it white instead of cleaning... bloody Ass hole

I paid them for two services, but once i done the payment after first services nobody return back to give second service. There Customer Care is useless, you try there number n number of times and nobody will answer there.. Never fall into there trap... You will loose your money..

i asked for a tattoo artist near Indiranagar the place i live and i was provided a number of artist from banasankhari ..dude thats atleast 15 Km from my place

I am really very disappointed for the service of localoye. Yesterday request for software installation . Your partner called me regarding service . He said let me check and call you in moment. But your partner didnt called me . This is the service you guys are giving its better to contact some local service provider.

Called in to get servicing for window AC. They missed appointment twice. Called them multiple times then technician showed up 2 hours late on 3rd appointment and claimed that he was informed that it is a split AC. Never gonna use local oye again.

1st booking (Mumbai), got confirmation, but nobody showed up, and no regret/rescheduling calls either. I don't see why I should keep it installed. People who praise it must have been very lucky I suppose!

The AC technician installed our AC and in the very first use water started dripping on the walls instead of draining from the pipe at the back. After raising this concern the support team is also least bothered and kept fooling around since a week that the technician will come in 24 hrs and even told that issue is resolved without anyone even visiting my place. Now the support team says extra charges will be applied which I don't understand why as it's clearly the technicians mistake. Terrible service.

Booking got accepted but no service was provided,customer support didn't even receive the call even after calling multiple times.

Commits wrongly

There was some inconvenience by a stupid seller but the customer service was superb, helped me to resolve all problems quickly.

I searched Photographer for an event and they suggested only one Photographer whom I booked and my experience was not good...

App keeps failing when i try to submit a service request. Retrying does not help. Link to chat not working. Very poor experience overall.

The service never happened and no response from support too. Absolute crap.

You need to hv better service providers who are honest. Not just waiting to mint money without doing any worthy work.

My first experience and I must say it was very friendly and professional. The quality check that localoye keeps is I must say very amazing. Keep it up guys.
