Doesn't work on my Samsung Note 2 phone.

The service request feature (reporting potholes, out streetlights) doesn't seem to work even after registering and making an account. When you enter a request it says it was submitted, but then it does not appear in your submitted requests list, you are never contacted, and no service is rendered.
