PetDesk - Pet Health Reminders

I was trying to add a provider more than 20 miles of my current location, but Woodland Hills, CA wouldn't come up. I tried entering the zip code, but it kept referring to my current location, so now I can't add one of my providers. Also, there should be an option to expand the search beyond 20 miles. If it's possible to do, it never provided an option.

I like having all my pet information at my fingertips. My only complaint in the inability to actually add an appointment. You can either schedule an appointment with a provider through the app, and it will assign a date and time when the appointment is approved. Or you can add an item to your to do list. So far, there seems to be an inability to actually add an appointment date or time manually. Otherwise, everything is great!

I love having all my pets information at my fingertips. The only downfall to this app is that you can't make an appointment with a provider. A scheduled appointment is given and then you can accept it. I did have to call with my actual Vet Clinic to schedule an appointment. Other than that I enjoy it it's great!!!

Great app - definitely worth downloading. The rewards section is really helpful. Only thing I wish they would add is a way for the vet to add in dates vaccines need to be renewed (instead of only being able to add reminders yourself). It's not a big deal though and overall the app works perfectly for its purpose. Highly recommend.

Love this app! I have lots of pets with different due dates for vaccs and different health issues so having an app where everything is together makes it so much easier to keep on top of their health. At first I had issues with the app and my vets office synching but support was super helpful when I reached out to them. Turns out my vets office had the wrong email on file and that's why it wasn't synching.

Helps you keep your pet on track. We all have busy lives and can get plans mixed up. Nice having an app to help keep track of your pets schedule.

I have a reptile and this is the only place that will take my reptile and they take care of him and because he was sick and I didn't know. I just know I should tack him to the vet right after I bought him from the pet store.

Love it. I ordered my pittbulls pain meds through her vet and set all appointments up for the other 3 with no problems. It also made it easier to verify shots for my husband's therapy dog

It's very convenient, and they don't send annoying notifications. The only notifications I've received are related to my pet. Very easy to navigate through it, just a nice app to have if you own a pet and have a busy schedule.

Great app! Helps me keep track of my 6 bunnies, 4 rats, and danger noodles vet appointments and general health care throughout the year

I love this app! Having a puppy can be a bit stressful because of all the appointments, but keeping everything in one place makes it so much easier to ensure her health.

I love how I can request an appointment with my vet. They respond quickly and it's much more convenient than trying to fit a phone call in my busy day. They also send me notifications when he has vaccines or check-ups that need to be renewed. It's so helpful!

Great app. You can make apt for certain places our business that have turned that option on. It's nice having all my info needed for both of my pets.

Love that i can set reminders for vaccinations and especially love that i can request and cancel appointments all through the app. Hours for locations are up to date and i'm glad they were able to create an app for this sort of thing. Very useful definitely recommend

They maybe more expensive but they do care about your pet and do added things like heart monitor during operation to get your pet fixed. Friendly people.

I love having my pets' information all in one place. If I am traveling with my pets, I know that I have their prescription and vaccination information at my finger tips. Making appointments and requesting refills are a snap! Love the reminder feature too.

Never thought i would use an app like this. Tried it out and loved the conveniance of have all my pets info at my fingertips and the ability to make appointments with her vet. Will continue to use this app.

This is a great app. I like having all my personal info where I can access it, or leave a note for staff in stead of calling if the matter isn't urgent. That way I don't hesitate to get answers to questions I have because I don't want to interrupt the more important matters they are tending to at the time. They always get back with me on a reasonable time period.

Great way to keep a snapshot of all things furbaby with you at all times. Saved me when I took my dog to a new groomer and they required vaccine records. Opened my PetDesk app, and there they were!

You people are always on the spot with making my boy Zeke your number one priority when we come for care ! When is your spay an neuter program starting ? If I remember , I think you staff said February ! Is it ? Thanks

So far so good. I just downloaded this app so I really don't know yet but for what I have heard a lot of people like it.

Doesn't always remind you of appointments. My cat was due for her spay on the 27th of December and it never even came up. I'd like to have the ability to actually add my pets' appointment reminders manually

I like how you can schedule your dog and cats appointments. My vet has a quick response time. I can check on due dates for my babies vaccination dates.

This is amazing app let's me know when and what times to need to have my pet for visits, take meds also when she needs her flea and ticks meds recommend getting this for your pets

My vet uses this software to help me manage the health records for my cats. It's so much easier to have this information right at my fingertips. I wish I could get something similar for me as well.

I love getting reminders from my vet about my pets. I love being able to communicate with my vet directly through the app, schedule appointments, and order meds. The app is brilliant and intuitive. Highly recommend this to anyone with fur babies!

Simple to use, very user friendly. Makes scheduling appts easy. Also nice to know that you have everything you and the vet needs to know and remember in the app! I love it.

Seems ok to me. I'm going to try and make an appointment for my dog the next time she needs to visit, and then call a few hours later to see if it worked!

Great app, works perfect. Sometimes I dont have time to call when I am at work so it's nice to be able to request appointments without having to call

PetDesk app is a very easy and quick way to set up appts and communicate with my vet. All pet info and record is readliy available with a few clicks on the app... Great app

More helpful than ever now that I have to keep track of a horse in rescue rehab. His vet doesn't have this and boy I wish he did!!

Love getting reminders to schedule an appointment, but the app occasionally wants you to schedule each thing the pet needs rather than one appointment for everything

This app works very well no app crashes so far and I love the ability to schedule with my vet and the reminders of shots or medicine! Very awesome!

I like having a profile for my pet..just ordered med refills. So far it's seems like it is going to be great to have this app !

I love this app. I just have to show the groomer a that he is up to date on his vacc. I can put all his info and even make appointments for him from here.

I absolutley love this! I've used this app since we got our puppy in May 2017. I use it to book all of her Vet appointments!
