Loan Calculations

Calculations for home, auto and other loans with monthly payments. Use the keyboard on the screen. Simply type the loan amount in US dollars, then the interest rate in percent as 00.00 (enter at least one digit before and one digit after the decimal. ie 5% is entered as 5.0), then the term of the loan in years and then the months from the start of the loan to see the early pay-off amount. After each entry press the E/. button ( this button serves as "Enter" as well as the decimal point). The "Month $:" is the calculated monthly payment, The "Early $:" is the calculated amount due after the number of months entered.
