About Volume control - Vollynx
Vollynx is an application that intelligently controls the volume of the speakers and the headphones. And you don't need to hassle changing the 4 volume-modes like the normal mode, the manner mode, the silent mode any more.
[Main Features]
■ You can set the initial value of the volumes in the normal mode, the manner mode, and the silent mode.
■ You can use the "volume lock" for every modes and volumes.
(The "volume lock" is a feature that disables to change the volume except by the application UI, in order to prevent misoperation of the volume key.)
■ You can also link the application UI and the switches of the terminal side to change the volume modes.
■ You can set the volumes individually to each modes like the music sound, the notification alarms(ringtones, system alarms), the calling tone, the alarm volume, the wired headphones, the Bluetooth headphones and also the earphones volume.
■ You can use the option locking every sound when the phone is in sleeping mode. (Default OFF)
(It prevents the misoperation of the volume button while the phone is in a bag or pocket.)
■ You can installed the widget to switch between the 4 modes.
[Additional Features]
■ You can use the option that guides the timely mode on the home screen.(Default ON)

■ Please try to restart the Android OS if the widget does not appear in the list.
■ Please acknowledge that with Android 4.0 or higher specification, ringtone, notification sound and system sound will be the same volume. Since this is by the design of Android, it can't be changed.

Tried several different volume lock apps - most of them half way worked or didn't work at all. This one works all the time, plus I like being able to set the volumes for different modes. Saves you from embarrassing time when you are in a meeting or at church.

This app does exactly what it says it will. Since I installed it on my Note 4, I haven't lost calls due to ringer sound drop off. Great program with no annoying Ads!

This saved my phone from being smashed by me. Androids have volume issues with headphones. It's so annoying. This app fights the crappy Android system and forces my volume lock with headphones. It's my favorite app

UPDATED REVIEW: I am still able to lock the volume but the Samsung phone OS update requires a person to skip &/or view 2 high volume warning promps which are extremely annoying. OLD REVIEW: This app has solved the problem I had with my phone's OS limiting the volume because of the high volume level warning. All of my Bluetooth speakers (wether stand alone or inside my motorcycle helmet) work much better at full volume on the phone. From there I can more easily adjust the volume from the speaker control side while my phone stays safely stored in my pocket. This app allows me to lock the volume on max. My phone is a Samsung Note 4 cellular phone.

The app works fine most of the time. The problem is that the app randomly goes into silent mode without me knowing about it. The app is not on any of my main screens so it can't be accidentally changed.

Fantastic. Have tried many others and this is most efficient, simple, intuitive and user friendly. You can switch easily between your user profiles, and those profiles are easy to set. No unecessary bells and whistles. Just works.

Does what it says on the tin. Works with Samsung S7. Stops you from accidently changing the Volumes you want to keep set. Is over riden at night by Samsungs silent mode to stop nucence text, emails and phone calls from getting through.

It could use color customization but overall it works great

Simple, gets the job done, and no permissions. My only minor complaint is that it seems to get confused with scheduled downtime. Sometimes it switches to silent, sometimes it comes back, sometimes neither. Easy way to mute all audio and leave vibrate on with a single touch, like the mute switch on an iPhone.
