LoadCentral Retailer's App

I've been using the app on a samsung NoteII and it worked fine. The i upgraded my phone to a Note5. Whenever i try to log in it keeps saying : "Cannot proceed... 300 device not allowed". Ofcourse ive activated adroid on my account. I even uninstalled then reinstalled aswell as deactivate/re-activated.

If I can give zero as a rating i will give that. I loaded a customer today when I got this error message. So obviously if there's an error, the load was not sent and so i tried again. The second time it worked. But when i checked my balance i noticed the load was sent twice and i reach out to your support and they told me they can't give me back my money? Seriously? It was an obvious issue on yout part and you can't admit it's yout fault? Very disappointed client here!

Finally an app for loading, no need to enter the codes everytime. Yung downside lang is medyo matagal magconfirm na naloadan na yung customer. Mga 3-5minutes. Need to check pa sa webtool kung naloadan na, true enough naloadan na nga. Tapos I cant login sa webtool using this app. Wrong username or password daw.

I can enter any 6 digits and still will log me in. Input d right password and told me msg was sent but didn't receive notification or any msg whatsoever not to mention no load was receive. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks

Nung first install ko okey sya gumagana.. Den, nag format ako ng phone at nag install again hnd na sya gumagana.. Always nag sending failed.. Bat ganun?? Waiting sa feedback nyo.. Thank you... Much betterkc gumamit ng app mabilis.. Kesa mnual ako magtatype sa msg ko..

This is a great app. Napadali na ang pagbebenta ng load. No need to memorize codes, hassle free transactions everytime! Great job to the developers.

Tumigil lang ako saglit tapos nung bumalik ako di na ako mkapag log in both webtool and app. Pina reset ko password ko tapos di parin mkpag log in pra gawin yung pag change ng password kasi kailangan ng security key. kung mag assist man nga lng di pa detailed kung anong gagawin. Di ko nman alam na nag update kau ng software wla namang pinagbago.

I patronized this company before because everything was all fine. But not until I was not credited my replenishment of P500. Yes, just a miniscule amount compared to others but this amount matters to me considering the discount I get for selling via Load Central. Im so disappointed with their support If such a thing exist. They have no dedicated people to really investigate my dispute. To this day I have been waiting for a single reply from the emails I have sent since almost two weeks ago and counting.

All was working fine until I upgrade my phone from Android Lollipop to Marshmallow. Please help fix this.

App using webtool not so good for me.. username and password invalid... di makalog in...

It's very convenient to use by the retailers to the point that you can load customers by just using this app but unfortunately its always stop and log, always have some errors. It needs more update and system improvement to become more a functionable app

Baket ganito ang apps nyo. nagpaload ako kanina tapos kapag gagamitin ko na hindi gumagana. insufficient fund ang lumabas. please help me to solve this problem. hindi makakatuwa.

Bakit ganun ndi aq mkpagload my extra load ako ayaw nya magsend pero pngtxt ako nkksend nman pgmagload na aq lagi sending failed.

Hi, I have been using this app since then. But, when I stopped for a while and went back for loading business... my App wont proceed anymore. "Unfortunately, LoadCentral has stopped"..

I emailed support, no one can activate my account.

Despite having an internet connection, for 4 days now I can't access your webtool page in order to serve load to my customers. "Site can't be reached" on desktop then "can't establish connection please try again on my mobile phone.

Please update your system , nakakalog in ako sa app na toh kahit mali yung password . Tapos ilang beses nako humingi nang new password para ma unlock ko account ko through online webtool kaso access denied padin ? Ano ba yan ? Hindi na ba gumagana yung online webtool nyo ? im using this app and it makes my loading business easy than memorizing codes and all. but it sometimes "unfortunately stops" please fix the bugs but all in all its good and i liked it.

pakiusap paki ayos naman. ang hirap mag register tapos di magamit. pag mag log in na ko nag force close. paki ayos.

Still the app needs improvements and the through text needs to be faster reply on text confirmation. I can't use the the app's webtool. I'm still accessing through browser. Anyway, Thanks for admin support for confirming my deposits.

You are almost 10 years but you cannot implement any notification that the app is updated. And aside from that you makes as all waste time.. buti sana ang pag upgrade successful kahit hnd nag notify.. ok nlng sana un pero hindi.. palpak parinng app.. hnd mka login sa web app.. useless dn ang pag upgrade ano ni upgrade nyo..? ung numero ng version ng app..?

Antagal mag confirm na nagload na. Minsan naabutan pa ng next day bago mag text na naload na! Lang hiya! Na ddoble tuloy minsan niloload ko sa customer! Eh di wow, lugi ako teh!
