I had acquired a pop-up telling me my phone was infected and directing me to another site while using Google to do a search. I have Norton protection for my Galaxy Note 4, and it was informing me my phone was protected, but whenever I used Google the warning would pop up. Norton's team helped me resolve the problem through the use of this app.

Microsoft tech could not access my tablet to help me. Error msg says they are not configured. Really?

I'm entering a valid pin code still it shows you entered an invalid code... very poor.. waiting for your help

How do you get a pin to start it up? The one I had seems to have expired.it was download while I was talking 2 three customer support .so no stars are possible till it works.few more days & ill uninstall

When I had problems with picture mail. Verizon tech really helped me out. She immediately recognized the problem and executed the resolutions.

It worked out very well with needing the tech to see my screen!
