This app works. However you can only get a six digit code from a support technician who uses logmein. You cannot expect a service with technicians waiting on your beck and call. If you find an online support site it's possible they might ask you to use this app, for remote access. But it is not a support line.

Well I read the other reviews and you have not yet replied to the question as to how to find that 6 digit code. I would humbly request you to answer it as soon as possible. Without the 6 digit code the app is useless. And where to find a support technician from ? The HTC centre?
