This app is GREAT and so very necessary if you get LL Rules on your phone or tablet. The LL Rules app is nice to have but the indexing and search sucks big time. Makes you wonder why they can't do this. Thank you for doing this, Kevin; can't wait for 2014 update!

THIS IS THE MOST INFORMATIVE TOOL YOU CAN USE FOR WHEN IT COMES TO FINDING SOMETHING EASY AND QUICKLY IN THE LITTLE LEAGUE RULEBOOKS. KEVIN DOES A "FANTASTIC" JOB WITH THIS EVERY YEAR AND YET MAKES IT AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT FORMATS AND FOR FREE! NOW COMES TO US IN EVEN A MORE CONVIENENT WAY ON GOOGLE PLAY! WAITING FOR 2014 VERSION.

Good job on this app. It has what you need. The real value, though is in the content itself. Kevin Hunter's Baseball Rules index is INVALUABLE. A couple suggestions for the App itself: 1. I think the last click might be unnecessary. While the initial search is great, the user still has to click each result to get to the rule number. I wonder if everything could be contained on one page - the search results page could include the rule number making for much faster lookups of similar rules. Currently, the user has to click each result to get all the rules. 2. I wonder if the search results could be hotlinked to the actual rule in the Little League application? I imagine there is some sort of sandboxing that disallows this, but if it is technically possible, that would be a great feature. Great job. Very useful.

The application has a comprehensive, searchable index into the Little League rule book--making it simple to find LL rules in the book. A must have if you've ever tried to find applicable rules quickly without having to memorize the LL rulebook and its structure.

Great for finding those obscure rules! Especially for volunteer umpires and new coaches. It's a shame that LL can't produce an app version of THE BOOK
