Very poor product and service... After one month product was not working. Service quality also very poor... After registering complaint, technician came and told that replacement of certain parts required. After some days they told that parts are not available in nearby cities... Still the complaints are active after one month....
Very bad service. Customer care not answering the calls at all. I have a problem in my LED television.
very bad service, i was not expecting this type of service by lloyd, Faulty product and no option for replacment, No hearing of customer, i complaint aprox one month before but no one came to resolve problem, i called many times to customer care but its totaly waste of time, now only one way I should go consumer court and i'll recomend the same to you if u are facing problem,guys go consumer court..
Very bad service, request you all do not buy loyd company with any product. Any other companies very good sirvice but LLOYD very very very very poor service provided....
Very poor product quality, my AC is out of working within 1 month of purchase, after 1month of call login and many follow ups they replaced the AC with another new AC but still it is faulty and even after not satisfactory call closer the case is closed by their side. Worst product quality, never suggestable to buy any LLOYD product.
Worst product quality...I never expect from lyoid...After 20 days of purchase my a/c is out of working...Very poor service ... Registered complaint in December 31..Every week we are calling....they came and told that required parts are not available now...will come with in 2 days.... told them to replace the product with new one..But they told only warranty not guarantee... never suggest any one to buy lyoid product....
I HAD BOUGHT A 32" LED TV IN 2015 HAD A WARRANTY OF 4 YRS, KONKED OFF AFTER JUST 2 YRS. TO GET IT REPAIRED IN GOA TOOK ALMOST A MONTH. THE MOST SURPRISING THING IS THEY CHARGED RS 700. FOR SERVICE CHGS. WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO ME AT THE BEGINNING. THIS IS WAY THEY EXTRACT MONEY FROM US. THANK GOD I DIDN'T BUY THE WASHING MACHINE WHICH I HD TO CAUSE MY OLD VIDEOCON STARTED GIVING ME TROUBLE AFTER ALMOST 11 YRS. NO MOR LLYOD PRODUCTS FOR ME, EVEN FREE. ⬅????
Service is very bad, I am complaining from the last month but nothing solution. I have registered so many time to call back but useless. Llyod have no email id, I recommend. Plz don't purchase this products due to poor service

Very bad experience at the time of registration for new user in application. I got a OTP for Mobile number confirmation and when I entered that OTP, error shows as Wrong OTP enter.. what the hell is this?? I repeated the procedure several times but same problem I faced everytime.. don't download this application. Its meaningless to use such poor facility.
Not able to register, as does not select state(does not even provide an option to key in) and keep saying please fill all fields.

I have downloaded the app but when I registered and gone through the app, Really it is very slow, low performance app.
App is just useless and they don't even have a manual. Can't access by smart remote too.
Very very bad service by Lloyd. I wouldn't even give 1star. The technician who visited my house (Angelo) from area Goa velha in Goa. Was so so stupid that he in fact while removing the parts of AC he started writing it on my wall and also on the other hand he did not have any respect speak to the customer. Very rude to talk. Alsowhen he said that the parts are damaged and he has to take and repair it, I told him to write on the company jobsheet. He said its not my job to write and give. You write it on a price of paper. very very disappointed with the service and it technician also. Till date my repair is pending from past 7days

Buttons of AC remote is not working(sometimes work), i asked the service guy and he told me there is no warranty for it. I had completed 2 nonths now and remote is not working from 1 week. So i made a video of non-working remote too to show how LLOYD company use Worst quality and product that lasts for 1 week only. 1st and Last experience with LLOYD. No one came to do the service of my AC till date even I registered it on 4th of this month. Two times I got call from the service centre that our representative will reach you with in 1 day but no one has come so far.. Very poor service they are offering in this competitive market. I will not recommend any body to buy any product from Lloyd.
The app keeps crashing, and more importantly, there is no one to help. My AC is not working for the last two days, and I've been waiting to get a call from support team/technician against my service request, but no luck so far. Poor service probably due to ground/field staff. I strongly believe that the support team needs to take an action on this to be competitive and sustain in the market.
Truly ridiculous service by Lloyd service engineers. I have to follow up on them whole week and request them to install the AC. First they say will come in next morning, then in next morning they say coming in evening. Then in evening they say, no core cutting person available to drill will come next day and so on. Finally I have to go to urban clap, responded in a day, installed it in next day. #Lloyd if you don't value time of customer, you don't get money from customer. You should be thankful to Google, that they have not given option for negative rating.
Very bad no one came to Servicing my AC as it was over 5 days i request a complaint. Technician not coming saying I am so busy and customer support didnt help me saying will done ur service in 1 or 2 days. Totally poor service and support. Hated it
I am trying to your customer care tollfree number since many days but no one picking my number. My complaint is registered and my complaint number is LEEL190417370724. Also received a message and in this message i got your sevice engineer number. l am calling since 3-4 days but this number is not available. This type of sevice i couldn't expect from you. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible......
Need more improvment. 1. No way to see a product registered by you. 2. Product registerd list is missing. 3. After creating service request with id from app not able to see in list. I have installed app and registered products and also created service request, not able to see those details app poor application design. Lloyd kindly address the concerns raised by customer. The initiative is good but, what's the meaning if objective and quality of information and service is not fullfiled.
