Timesheet is a time tracker that makes it easy to record your work hours. Calculate your income as an employee or the amount to bill customer if you’re self employed, a freelance, lawyer, consultant or contractor. Handle different hourly rates (overtime) and expenses such as mileage with ease. Send expense and time reports as Excel, PDF or QuickBooks files.


Timesheet has no separate Pro version, buy Premium in Settings.

It can get confusing on how the whole thing works. I have to read the istructions more thoroughly and see if i can grasp the whole idea. I want to see if i'm charging the correct amount for work done on video editing. It seems to be a good program i'm just not grasping it very well.

It really needs a way to record payments, total hours worked doesn't mean much without a record of which ones are paid for. Of course there are work arounds, but it would be much better to do from within the app. Reports are also difficult to simplify. Edit: I raised the rating from 3 to 4 stars because the app does export to Google calendar and back up to drive. Both are great save features that ensure against catastrophic data loss in the event of phone failure.

I tried using this app to track my daily activities. A little clunky, but overall, pretty functional. Would really love to see a daily/weekly average feature to get a good picture of my time management.

Sometimes, even when I end a task, it still shows up in notifications and keeps counting time. Other than that, it's a great application for hourly rate jobs! :)

** Downgraded to 3 stars because the latest upgrades made it impossible to review my hours, just summarize them and tech support is practically non-existent (others have gotten help, but not me). ** Downgraded to 4 stars because it won't start if I turn on WiFi after I have arrived at client's location** Automatically starts logging time when it detects the client's WiFi so I get an accurate log. Can also add notes while it is tracking time.

I use this app since it can export directly to QuickBooks. The interface is not as good as others out there but it has strong features that outweigh this.

I run my own consulting company and this app has been great for letting me track how I spend my time. I love that you can do automated daily backups. I back up to Dropbox so I never worry about losing data.

This app is well thought out and covers all the bases for my work as a contractor keeping track of time and material jobs. I've been impressed with its thoroughness and dependability. (Update). After 3 years I still depend on this app for tracking my business time and expenses. It is still clearly the best app in it's class. I hope to see it's continued development.

I wish more features can be added to this app or help in troubleshooting the data exportation to pdf in which, it shows a mix of letters in the columns or if I select other columns and rows to be added to the excel the data disappear. So far, some how is helping me with my business. but unfortunately it has been more than a year and I am still waiting. ☺ Thank you

I've tried most of these time programs in Google Play and this is the only one I found that has actual TRAVEL TIME instead of mileage and the best customization as any of the other apps I have seen plus its graphical displays w/ GPS coupled with voice commands it's a definite two thumbs up!!

This app does what I need and was the best I could find. It integrates with my contact list to attach clients but I wish it linked with other events such as phone calls, calendar, etc, so I could mark those to a project instead of having to separately enter a time here. Also it doesn't integrate as well with QuickBooks as I had hoped. I still have to create a report and then manipulate the data to get it in to QuickBooks. Even with all that, it is the best app I've found so far.

Tracks multiple projects concurrently. Can stop for breaks and resume. Can see time worked as blocks on a calendar. Can mark hours as paid. Would like a slightly more intuitive interface. I'll use a feature, then have trouble finding it again. But all-in-all, a great little app.

I used to love this app...but for some reason when I try to look at an overview for a fixed period it doesnt let me customize the exact dates I want anymore!!! I mark the "from" date, and after I mark in the "to" date it automatically changes the from date as well...VERY FRUSTRATING!! PLZ FIX THIS ASAP so I can reinstall this app since ill be deleting it until then!

This app does everything you need to keep track of your time on various projects and tasks. Only enhancement I would request is for the time picker to be the clock face. It's not often you find an app that works as well as this one does. Only bug I found was when a task notification kept going after it was stopped in the app. Phone restart cleared it and it hasn't happened again.

If you are buying for voice command. You will not be satisfied. These are the full instructions for setting it up. "Before you begin, configure the Voice Speech and Text-to-speech options in your phones Language & input settings." That's it. There is no explanation about how to configure to get this to work on the forum or Google Group. At least 2 other people left messages in the forum with no satisfaction. And discussed getting a refund. I was unsuccessful in getting it to work as described.

I really like this app. It has helped me become more organized and productive. I wish there was an overview that could be split by clients, but that is a minor thing. I haven't taken the time to figure out the reports, but I will get to that eventually.

I have been using this app for a few months now and am very happy with the features. I use it to track hours on different projects for separate invoicing. Easy to track multiple projects worked on during the same day. You can track using actual time or enter the time after. I do not use the built in invoices. I use the export feature. The export features are a little odd in where and how to use the file. Took me some trial and error. Changed phones and managed to migrate the data with no problems.

I've used this a good few months but still couldn't quite get to grips with its functionality. Gutted really, as it's one of the better looking apps where the WiFi logging aspects actually works. Make it simpler to use but keeping the functionality and I'd pay good money for this..

I tried 3 highly rated apps, and picked this one. I work from home on multiple projects for different clients. I like being able to pause a task and then resume, which works via a "break", plus occasionally can actually work on multiple projects due to system processing time, so needed to be able to have multiple timers going simultaneously. Like a phone call with one client while I'm running a process for another client. Only thing I hope for is a Pebble app that works just like the widget.

I've been using this over a year and it definitely meets my needs. It's quite feature rich and I haven't even tried everything it can do. The homescreen widget is a must for quick task logging. Great reporting feature allowing me to make and email simple invoices directly in the app.

Excellent app for keeping track of the hours you've worked. It's not an amazingly easy app to setup, but it's easy enough for those who have some skill. Can be a bit glitchy when using it to atomate with wifi networks, but great when using it with GPS locations. Also the provided wiki is simple enough to understands and follow the steps to set it up. Tried numerous similar apps but none provided all features this great app has and few were as good.

I work with multiple people. With this app I have tasks, objectives, outcomes, pdf clients notes (emailed to my inbox) & all of the above can be compiled on a daily - through to yearly basis, per task / client - this is brilliant for my invoices! But *If there was some kind of messaging service for my Co - workers to view my account, with a 'login' via a group area within the app And *a system to share live data with your team. That would make my job a breeze & you'd get another

Use it for GTD time tracking. Makes me focus before I do anything and spend my time intentionally. Wish you could set it so that clocking in to one task automatically clocked you out of the last task.

I would welcome the option to see in the graph area only the time spent with work, eg project time minus break time. Sometimes it's hard to find the task times depending on the current menu, edit option edits project or task and it is confusing for me sometimes. Otherwise generating reports is with ease, a daily task time grouping would however be beneficial. I recommend the app to anyone who works in multiple projects at the same time!

Works pretty well and gets the job done. There's always room for improvement with time and date picking. I would like if when setting the end time, it assumed the start time (plus one hour or something) so I didn't have to adjust both every single time. Ever consider using the Material Design picker? There are some decent 3rd party libraries if you need to support older versions...

The automated feature let's me input addresses so when I am at customer homes, I don't have to track anything.

I found the app easy to use and integration to Google drive easy, but would have preferred to be able to select directory to save to.
