Приложение содержит:

1. полный официальный Текст Федерального Закона от 30.12.2004г. №214-ФЗ "Об участии в долевом строительстве многоквартирных домов и иных объектов недвижимости и о внесении изменений в некоторые законодательные акты Российской Федерации" (с изм. от 13.072015г.), которые регулирует взаимоотношения ДОЛЬЩИКА и ЗАСТРОЙЩИКА, вопросы заключения и расторжения Договора участия в долевом строительстве - ДДУ и др.;

- Выплата ДОЛЬЩИКУ НЕУСТОЙКИ (при нарушении сроков передачи квартиры, без расторжения ДДУ);
