When I logged into the program, it pulled up old information from an old address. When I went to change the information, it allowed me to change everything but my old phone number. When I attempted to put numbers in, it created spaces, but the numbers did not show up. In the end, I had to get on a desktop computer to get the information updated. Please fix the bugs in this app, and I'll give it four stars.

This app is draining my battery. I haven't logged into the app for two months, but it still accounts for almost the same amount of battery usage as the entire Android OS. This app uses between 10% to 15% of my total battery even when I'm not using it.

I used it this morning to get to oakland. You type your confirmation number, then check in, options to pay extra for extras like carry on or seat assignment. Then go to the airport and tsa scans the boarding pass in the app, the scan it again at the gate. So easy for us old guys.

Not user friendly, some of the features don't work properly. Also I tried twice to create an account and the app wouldn't allow me to do so.

the app is fine if you have already purchased your ticket, but what about the function to search for flights? seems like a major feature missing

Couldn't get a boarding pass stopped on hazardous materials screen tried several times same results.

It does not allow me to use my boarding pass which was the whole point of having the app.

First experience with this airline and the boarding pass would not scan from the app. I had to pull up the PDF version.

Helpful app and airline, but the app drains your battery which is no good when traveling.

Wouldn't let me check into my flight

Simple, easy app to use. No issues regarding app for us. Checked in on the app and showed both boarding passes also.

App should help us find flights and manage our trips.

Does not work on Samsung Galaxy S5... update isues. On my old phone it worked... - you don't have to print boarding pass with this app... Security can scan the boarding pass from the screen. I used my device screen shot feature in case the data signal was bad at screening. I would recommend you do the same... Just in case! Only complaint I have is it needs to list the gate on the pass.

If you expect to book a flight or even learn where this airline flies you are out of luck. It seems only to give you your status if you already have a ticket. Why do companies seem so inept at setting up a basic app. Makes you wonder how they keep their planes up.

I read others complaints about not seeing other passengers boarding passes & all I had to do was simply swipe over my pass & the next one appeared. I think that reviewer didn't know how to work the app. Otherwise has always worked perfectly for me x yrs. My strong recommendation to the programmers is to add a function to easily purchase/book future flights on this app. It has never had that function before but would be most helpful/efficient for mobile users. Currently the app only serves to collect trips previously scheduled & generates a boarding pass/ adds seats/luggage but no new trip purchases are possible.

I saw alot of negative feedback on here and was very concerned. Had 0 trouble with pulling up my boarding pass like others stated. Very easy and I'm very pleased!!!

Doesn't fscking work. "We are unable to access the server. Please check your connection and try again." Yeah, maybe fix your shst if you're going to tell people it's an option and then charge for the alternative...

Seriously, you can't plan a flight with this app? When you register you have to back tap every single month from today to the month you were born. I think the 8yr old selling selling lemonade on my street corner has a more sophisticated app.

Do NOT get a car rental through Allegiant. If you purchase a rental car for 7 days and only use it for 2 days, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR THE REMAINING 5 DAYS. No refund. Allegiant is a scam.

Can't figure out how to access 2 individual boarding passes on this app. I checked in my friend for his flight via the app, can't check in for myself using the same app, stays on my friends boarding pass page.

Can't connect to server ever. Totally useless app after the last update.

I fly them all the time so anything that is meant to make my travel experience easier, I am all in...now only if they can start being on time is a whole other situation!

You all need to stop the Bluetooth thing from disconnecting my Bluetooth device. Can't have this app and Bluetooth on at the same time. In fact I have to uninstalled the app to use Bluetooth

The app sucks and the costumer service never answer any call . I was waiting for a hour.

This air line shouldn't even be in business nor should the airport in St Petersburg Florida we waited in line for over 30 minutes just to be told to go to a different line then by that time we were a minute late for our flight worse airline I've ever used I'll never travel them again terrible customer service I have to add

I don't understand why an airline would have an app that doesn't allow you to search for flights. At the very least it should search and then give you a link to their website to purchase. Considering you already have a restricted number of ways to get info on their flights, it seems idiotic that their own app doesn't allow you to search.
