Useless app that we parents are almost forced to use if we want to have photos or any info from our kids. Keeps throwing me out of my daughter's school group. Waste of time.

Very handy app for communication but for some reason looking into 'join with group code' and 'connections' gives error pages and are useless. Have to use group code through the online site which kind of defies the purpose of the app. Please fix this!

The app is slow, notification settings have no effect, and it crashes on occasion. My biggest problem, though, is with the service itself. It can't sync up with a school's SIS system, so everything has to be done manually. Every group/organization is disjointed and people feel like they can't see things they should have access to. District technical staff have no real administrative capabilities for the product, and whether support can actually solve a problem is a roll of the dice. There are privacy issues and serious limitations around every corner. I feel like this was our district's single worst decision in recent memory. It feels like we're beta testers.

I'd give it give 5 stars if the app can include some of the missing features that the web version provides (like file uploads). Also, I'd like to point out that you've a competitor: Classting. ATM, I would prefer their app over yours, because they provide better features and their UI is indulging. But I know you're an INDIAN STARTUP. And that's why I want you guys to improve. I've been to Techsparks '14. And I've great expectation from you guys. Please bring these small changes. Cheers!

Can hardly ever get the app to stay open for me to do anything. Automatically closes before I can do anything with it.
