Boost Mobile Music Store

Unable to change my ringtone and ringback tone. When selecting the features just a blank screen pops up and you only can select confirm or cancel. Can't share songs that are purchased via bluetooth feature to other owned devices like smart watch etc. Music doesnt save in your phone music library. It is only available in boost music app.

It keeps telling me to go to my account and enable premium services, so I can purchase ring back tones. But I call customer service and they said I need money in my wallet I added money and ots still saying the same thing. Please help

I have the Boost Motorola E 2nd Gen and as of 9/1/15 this app will not even open for me. It pops up with an error message that says 'Error. This purchase cannot be completed due to a billing error.'

3 MONTH'S AGO I SUBSCRIBED/DOWNLOADED MY RINGBACK TONES & DOWNLOADED A NEW ONE LAST WEEK...TILL THIS DAY IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. CAN YOU GUYS JUST FIX THIS PROBLEM or CREATE AN APP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS? I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO METRO PCS BUT I WILL...AT LEAST THEIR RINGBACK TONES WORK

Enough said, right? I can't believe how terrible it was, until I read the other reviews. I thought my issues were an isolated incident. No, actually boost music simply does suck. Thank you for your time and consideration.

It don't work... boost is a rip off. and boost never offers to refund your money back that's not good y'all should be ashamed of y'all self I should have stuck with virgin mobile there the best out of Sprint rateing at lease they fix the problem and don't rip you off

This app is a scam. If you purchase music through the app but then delete it it should go to the cloud and allow you to sync up when​ using your account. But instead it will recharge you and ask you to repurchase it. No thanks. I would rather crank up my electric

I have a stylo and its saying it can't find my subscription. This is sad. I will have to go to another phone service

I had this once and paid for ringback tones. I could never get them to work. And I have a lg x power. But before a Samsung five. What gives

I like this app a lot I have yet to buy anything but I have no issue playing the music I already have. My only complaint is that it does not allow you to repeat one song.

OK so I downloaded this app on one phone and I paid for a couple songs well that phone got broke so I got a new phone and downloaded the app on it and now I don't have my songs.... Can someone help me figure out how I get the songs I paid for back and onto my new phone please help.

It was ok at first but since last yr i'm paying for something that does not work i have not had a ringback since last yr. Customer service can't & haven't fixed it i'm tired of calling boost.

I've removed this application at least a dozen times but it still comes back on my phone. I have even taken other dumb app's off but they still come on here.

It reinstalled itself on my phone and deleted the music I just purchased and now I can't get it back. So basically just wasted money on 5 songs I can't listen to.

The repetitive email boostmobilemusicteam is not what costumers are requesting. We are requesting a honest and sincere response to known issues with certain phone types and respect!

Would give 5stars, but the app will stop working at times. Also been a customer of Boost Mobile going 6years. Please fix it!! (Galaxy S2)

I bought and played the musoc for 3 days, then after 3 days it wouldn't work. Music wouldn't play and it said I didn't pay for it. 40$ down the drain.

My ringbacks don't work it always says there is an error plus I bought 2 ringtones and they wouldn't even download but it still took my money. why cant I download any callback ringtones. I tried calling customer service for help but she stated I need to go to boost music store and basically push me off the phone. That didn't help me at all and I want a callback ringtone!

There are way too many complaints about this site! I bought a ringback tone and it only lasted for about 3 days and now its gone I thought it would be in my in my ringback collection and it's gone! I want to believe that if I had for myself but yes I'm about to delete this!!! And I'm going back to the site that never gave me a problem, because it may not be important to you guys but my money is very important to me and I cannot afford to lose any more thank you.

I keep on getting error can not open due purchase error. I have songs that I paid for and now can't listen to them.

Ok so I tried to buy 1 ringtone nothing happened tried it again nothing happened WTF. I should've expected this hell for 2months my billing has been wrong so why shouldn't your other services!!!

Boost Mobile preloaded "my" phone with bloat-ware I don't want, won't use, but can't delete to reclaim memory space I need for apps I do want. This is a major part of why I am shopping for another carrier & plan.

I download 2 songs and put them on my sd card and i rest my phone and the disappeared i want my $5 back

Wish the chorus was the ring back. It sucks listening then all of a sudden it just gets cut off and most start in the most unusual spots

Impressed. Im a prepaid service and literally still have the ringbacks i downloaded a few months ago. One time pay is true to its word.

Always says there's an error with subscription! Or something to that effect.it's been almost a year and still the same error! How can I fix this?boost doesn't have a clue when I call!
