This app is great in theory. It started out well, but the last two months I have been unable to use it at all. It won't load either of my children. Tried multiple times to log out, to no effect. Finally today was able to do so. When I try to log in, however, I am unable to do so. Some of the letters in my email address are being input as a period. All of which, by the way, I have used in this rating, so my keyboard is not the problem. I previously sent in an email requesting help, but never got an answer.

It will not let me log in. Every time I try to type in my password, it kicks me off to the code screen before I even finish typing my password. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, and trying my wifes login. It always kicks me back to the code screen mid password.

My daughter's school stated the parents would be able to communicate with her teachers in regards to credits/demerits. I am not able to do that on this app. So I tried emailing you, & the email got returned. Pls help.

This app is not at all helpfull. Needs updates. I'm truly sad about this. My only child is in kindergarten this year and this don't help me know he is ok and doing good in school.

Crashes repeatedly...have to enter login info every time you use the app.

It would be nice if the app was more interactive for parents. Maybe allow for parents to leave notes for the teacher and praise for the student. And allow parents to deduct merits as well.
