App doesn't link when my wife sends me a request to watch her walk to work. Instead I have to refresh a webpage constantly. Renders that part of the app useless.

Edit: They pushed out a fix for the issue I was experiencing. Much better. I don't use most of the app's features, so I can't comment on them, but the app no longer crashes. So that's a good sign. Original: Constantly crashes. Uploading photos in a report crashed it. Attempting to view my alerts crashed it. It just does not work on my phone (nexus 6p). Pretty unacceptable.

Actually, I don't know whether I like it or not. I can't use it because it won't send me an access code. Not by phone, not by email. My HR dept asked me to install it, but I can't use it.

Every time you launch the app you need to login with the university account. In emergency situations this app will be a failure. Unless there is a way to stay logged in.

It stopped tracking. The chatting feature does not work. I called in several times, they have never fixed it. It does not work.

Let me perform set up but won't open the app and crashes.

Great App.

I wasted 30 minutes trying to login. Design it to be more user friendly and maybe I'll revisit the idea of using the app.

It uses so much data and I think you falsely advertise your product.

NICELY APP FOR ANDROID.

Installed the app. Was unable to convince it that I wanted to create an account. Believe me, I am not a noob to creating accounts or using apps/software.

I keep clicking the save button but I'm not getting a verification text. Please help!

Impossible to sign up, loops around and around. Extremely frustrating.

I work with security and our clients all enjoy this app. They like the fact that they can text descriptions or pictures of suspects without alerting the suspect to what's going on until we get to that location. It's easier in my opinion because in dispatch we can receive many alerts at once as apposed to one phone call at a time. To me it's quicker and safer for everyone involved with the app.

I live very close to a major city. The closest place of contact is 200 miles away in the middle of nowhere. I think this can be a helpful app, but for now, I'm going to uninstall.

Repeatedly wouldn't let me register insisting no connection available although both WiFi and 4G were strong. Then received a message I WAS registered with a link to verify. Did so and it was confirmed on browser view. Opened app again as per instructions and it once again asked me register. Much time wasted. Now uninstalling.

No college anywhere close to where I live. I have 6 colleges in my area and not a one of them is on this list. Not helpful in this area!

I was trying to invite my daughter to follow her walk but app always says that "app has stopped."

Says it's already being used. I just started using the app so how is that possible!!!? App is useless to me or not very smart. So I can't. I need assistance. I can't even login to the Web portal and I've verified my email already. Why isn't anyone responding!!!!

I have reinstalled app and am now ready to report any kind of animal abuse. The mistake was mine and not the app. Hopefully I will not have to make any reports but at least I will be able to thx to LiveSafe!

Unless someone watches non stop there's no button, or history for them to see you actually did make it home. I mean you can call and such but its be good if a notification popped up once they were home.

This is a great app, however I can't add my phone number to my account. I recently got a new phone and whenever I try to log in with my phone number, the app gives me a notification that my password isn't set. I don't even see a place to set my password. I can log in through Facebook, but I still can't add my number because LiveSafe says that my number is already being used by another account.

I downloaded it, and it sent me a passcode, and when I went to type it in, the place to put it, was gone! Now I can't get in at all. So not happy with this app

Met the developer. She's an incredibly courageous woman with an sobering message for college campuses. Every student shall demand their institute adopt this app.

I hope this will be used for what it is intended. Best app and most useful ever

Wish this was live every where

This is a great app for students and everyone in general. It has directions for just about any situation you may find yourself in and even a way to get home safely if you are walking alone.

Downloaded to my phone

I have uploaded it. Will see how it goes. So far it gives quick access to all emergency agencies.

I have tried twice and the app won't download. I have never had this problem before.

Sweet app

Haven't used it fully yet. But I work full time and go to school at night. Great to have when walking to my car or just anywhere.

So far I really enjoy this app on my Android. And it's a brilliant idea. But, everytime I try to open the emergency options the whole app shuts down. Also the safety map doesn't seem to be up to date. No matter how many times I refresh or adjust the settings. Otherwise this would be an easy 5 star app.
