LiveEngage for Android
I have a samsung s6 edge. I was able to connect the first day. Now when i try to connect i get login failed there was a problem logging in please try again later. I have no problems connecting on my laptop.
This does not work on phone(s) fine on desktop but cannot login via phone. Why have an app that you cannot login to? ZERO support via their website and/or knowledge base.
It does what it needs to do but I don't like the fact it keeps logging me about after not utilizing it for 10minutes. I feel like I can't get alerts
Cannot login. Apparently it is a known insure. When is the fix coming?
Can't login, web version doesn't work well on a smartphone.

Ehh I'm sure it works fine, my company has probably set this up for PC only access. As when I log in it logs me out, so I know credentials are right but it wont connect like most other reviews
I can't log in. I'm 100% sure the credentials are correct but it returns a log in failure error. Device: Nvidia Shield Tablet. Latest updates all installed (Tablet & LiveEngage app). Thanks.

As of Dec 26, 2016 - still not working. Worked for a while up to three weeks ago when they issues a security update. Confirmed with liveperson that it doesn't not work and they are aware of the issue - on any phone. No eta for when it will work. Asking for refund of monthly payment.
