Unable to exit the app without restarting the phone. Limited functions and unable to discontinue a chat session. App needs a major update.

When trying to view agents screen it keeps crashing.

Works pretty well, but frequently have to close it out and reopen it to refresh the screen. Overall we are pleased with what it does for our business.

Needs lots of imorovements

It works, but... The design of this app is very out of date. It looks like it was designed for Android 2.x. That said, it still works, well. The app is dead simple. You have agent chat, visitor chat, and a refresh rate changer. That's it. It works great on my Nexus 6P. The app icon and notification icon really need to be updated to match the design language of modern Android. It's a bit of an eyesore on the status bar. UPDATE: I often have to restart the app due to it not updating the list of viewers.

Please make the "send" button much larger. Also increase the size of everything under the "canned" section of the app. It was hard for me to select a specific canned message or URL. The spacing between each line on the list was too small. If you look at the spacing between contacts on your phones phonebook. That is the thickness you are looking for. I use this program everyday and it would be awesome to see these improvements made.

Install was a breeze but button takes too much space

The app closes after a period of in activity. I wish it didn't because it's a great way to monitor activity remotely.
