Cloud Storage from Team Knowhow

I don't use the backup function, instead using it solely for cloud storage. For that it works OK, availability and upload and download speeds are good. However it lacks basic functionality - you can't is upload or download folders or move files between folders when uploaded which dramatically limits usability.

Payed £90 for 5 years what a waste of money and time uploads crash all the time on my phone it uploads so far then starts from the beginning. Please don't waste your money the service is rubbish too. The app could be a lot better on Android and other devices. Wish I had just got my self a Nas server I had it in my hands at the till only to be sold this amazing server service lol it's completely rubbish and I will not be renewing after the 5 years. All I can say is don't get even think of getting this.

Can no longer log in on phone or tablet keep getting error message . absolutely rubbish.will not back up useless keeps saying server error.come on sort this out I'm paying for something that doesn't work. ????

Awful. Mis sold this service by currys. Only to find it has limitations they dont divuldge. You cannot see past 1000 files. Meaning if you have over a 1000 files in a folder you cannot access them or see them download them etc. This was not mentioned when currys upsold me onto this, For someone like me who uses this for business an who is very organised it is simply giving you more work to do, just go with someone who actually can be bothered giving you a complete solution as these guys dont give a toss. 2017 and they can create a half assed app that only fit for half the job.

App just does not work. Don't waste your money. I'll be going into the store for a refund in the morning.

Does not back up on my mobile it says server error. Contacted team but given advice for my PC... did not solve the problem.. not worth the money

Well done, having a name so needlessly long it doesn't fit under the app on any size screen and makes it very hard to find in the store. It's like you want to look unprofessional and not want people to use it.

Fails to back up continually

Worked fine up until latest uodate. It has now failed every night since and I have to back up manually. Wont be renewing my contract when there are working options available

Will no longer backup from my Android Mobile phone. Have contacted help desk on several occasions to sort out which results in me having to delete & re-install the app, recreate a fresh devise name for my phone and upload 'everything' from my phone again, which takes hours. The upload is successful but then the next time it tries to backup it shows a couple of files being backed up then it goes on a go-slow and then shows a server error, every time without fail.. & none of the files appear to have backed up. I am also unable to see any of the files or the mobile devise on my home page on the pc anymore so can't even get them backed up manually!!!!! it works fine for my PC's tho! Latest update still has not fixed this problem....still get server error, still does not back up anything from my mobile phone. Not impressed!

Worked fine until the last update. Now I can't upload. My android doesn't even recognise the app as being installed. Rubbish. I pay for this account - why????

No option to move files within the app and no option to upload more than one image file at once using Samsung S8. So if you want to upload multiple photos for example they just go to the main section of you storage.... for 2017 that is pretty pure functionality if you ask me

After the last update, I am unable to store my computer contents. It is really bad and I am not going to pay anymore for this trash

Since the update it fails constantly. Will no longer backup from an android phone. Laptop has issues with the app too. Something needs looking at knowhow come on.....

Worked fine until a week ago, now unable to back up photographs, I hope PC World will extend my renewal date or I will be going elsewhere!

Since update, I click on icon and it tells me app is not installed ... what's that all about?

Cheaper than competitors, but app is from 90s, they have to make it more user friendly. Have to view each file alone, good for storing data though.

Both scheduled and manual backups of my S8 always fail.

Easy to use

Like many others this app used to work fine for me and now I repeatedly get told that my back up has failed. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing and logging out and logging in and repeatedly trying to sync the back up over and over, I've tried over wi-fi I've tried over 4g but it constantly gets stuck in the same place and I have now given up...I have accepted it won't work now until the bugs are fixed. Very frustrating.

This app is virtually unusable. Always used to work fine but over past couple of months seems to have developed some serious bugs. App persistently crashes citing Server Error and when it does work the upload speeds bear no relation to my WiFi speed - upload speeds achieved on the App are often measured in bytes per second meaning projected backup times are in the dozens of days. Utterly useless...

What's happened to this app? Worked perfectly for ages on the laptop and my mobile phone. It's uploading at a slow slow rate for a few minutes then crashing and telling me the server upload has failed. Better not to update an app unless you fully test it! Sort it out jokers.

DO NOT BUY, WHETHER FOR MOBILE OR PC BACKUP. They cancel subscriptions on you and avoid trying to refund. Plus, It doesn't work to back up android. A known problem for 2yrs+. Customer services won't refund or resolve. Every day day I am frustrated by seeing a backup failed server error message. Save your money buy a different service or an external hard drive. I can see a number of people with similar issues here, and it's not cheap if you can't use it. I've noted there isn't a response from them to these issues, it would be useful to know what updates or messages they have given out on this issue. This service is now longer available half way through the contract, making anything I have saved as effectively gone! They are offering to refund what's left on the contract as a refund but ignoring the fact I bought this to save photos which I now have lost. Such a poor service, I would encourage you to go get a refund if you have bought this from Pc world as a home computer backup. Awful simply awful

It used to work on my phone and now, it don't. Says back up not started, no Wi-Fi connection. Even though my Wi-Fi is working fine.

Pure shite

i can't log in. It recognises my address then tells me it doesn't recognise my address when I try to add another device. When I tried setting up the account again, it says, address already in use but still won't recognise it when I want to reset my password. It is useless and frustrating!

It's good when it works, but currently keeps kicking me out the login saying server failed. So annoying!

Just loaded up. Initial impression is it logs in and works well. Making and streaming play lists on my phone is an unexpected bonus that works well. 2 days in to backing up and only 22gb of 1.7 Tb uploaded but that is broadband speed issue not knowhow. Liking it so far but have not uploaded from phone yet

Keeps saying server failed

KNOW HOW TO MISLEAD MORE LIKE IT. If they promote 2tb cloud in reality you only get 1tb, that you can only update files manually. And also if you cancel subscription in the future you loose everything. SOLLUTION IS AMAZON CLOUD £55 PER YEAR FOR UNLIMITED STORAGE, AND THERE OFFERING 3 MONTHS FREE TRIAL. They are manual upload for all files like mp3 & Video, save photos from mobile device. And you can also upload folders on any computer.

crashing on my wileyfox swift, when not actually crashing ,it can't find the network (wifi or 4g) that other apps are using.

Doesn't recognise log on details. Have to remove app and reinstall for it to work. Given up on this not able to download software on to new PC. Only way to file share live files is by having everything in your "briefcase". Still got 2 years to run on licence and ditching in favour of Dropbox.

Start back-up the stops and you need to cancel and restart how often will you need to to get your home back-up. Disappointed with Android version. Come on let's get this app working better.
