Livedrive

Can't do much with the app. Doesn't upload from a folder on your cellphone to a folder within live drive. Can't copy paste file nor folder. Doesn't show preview of PDF files like it does with pictures.... Just to name a few problems......

The list of folders doesn't show the path of the original. When backups include the folders from various users, folders like Documents, Pictures etc can't be differentiated.

No Mobile Backup on Note 4?

After update i am now able to login again. I don't Recieve the error message Anymore. Works great. Thanks

Some earlier reviews highlighted some problems but since installing it on my Moto earlier this month it's worked fine.

Why do ikeep on getting a msg CANNOT LOG YOU IN, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT SERVICE TEAM on my samsung s3, samsung Note, samsung tab 7" ????? It should have -5 as well on rating...doesn't deserve a 1 at all :( annoyed

On my iPhone I can view photos and videos. On my Samsung all I can see are file names and generic clip art icon. Shame as it was great on iPhone.

Until the briefcase works as good as Google drive then only 2 stars. Can't move, upload to a specific folder, as part of android explorer/es explorer.

Used to be excellent. 5 stars. But now my pc version has stopped working, and I can't login either on PC or mobile. No response to password reset. What's going on?

All works like a charm. Livedrive has really come on this last year. Both Android and Windows work excellent. Infinite backup and 5TB of sync, can't complain at all, well done Livedrive.

Ok, pleasantly surprised to find that after all this time, they did work the bugs out of it and it works now. Great job guys! :)

Mobile backup doesn't work with the integrated sd feature of marshmallow, keeps saying "failed to query external storage". Needs fixing to allow internal storage to be selectable, at least the DCIM folder...

The application is great. But I have a grudge table player of the application does not support the FLAC format. I hope, and it will be possible.

Says my credentials are wrong even though they work on Web page fine. Even tried changing password and still says there wrong

It would be simpler if pressing the files opened them instead of having to press and hold for the dialogue box. Can't see why the default option is to get to the file details.

New design looks good. Mobile backup shall be configurable, for example I just want to backup photos I take with my phone and not 10 GB of photos I already have on my PC. Thanks Stefan

Love the new feature, I would however comment on the low upload speed (<150kB/s on Galaxy S5). Also I haven't been able to upload more than a file at once. Option to upload whole folder would be much appreciated.

Streaming video is back working in full screen on S5. Though it does still sign you out on each phone switch off/on, other than that a great product & service.

The old version worked just fine, but this is a long awaited update that takes Livedrive into the 21st century.

All this application does is show you what the filenames are and where they are you cannot play music or video or view documents or photos. I am using the S5 and until this is rectified I'm giving it a 1 star.

An urgent update is needed. Lots of things that doesn´t work. HD videos stream doesn´t work. The app is not user friendly. Lots to be desired. Sevaral times I did a complaint, but no one solved the problem, even I being a PRO user. ADVICE: do not buy it!!!!

Wish the app at least had photo viewer instead of making me download everything to see it. Also it crashes everytime I try to upload through the app and I can't upload through the mobile website because it requires adobe flash

It's a pity the files are not accessible by the apps. So effortless working with it is impossible. Hope you are getting better...

I actually would give this 5 stars as it uploads fast and easy setup. However, since I have over 30 years of personal images, thousands, it is important to see thumbnails of images instead of generic image placeholders such as JPG. When I need to find a certain pic, I can't.

I just bought the Nexus 9 and I wanted to watch (stream) a video from my livedrive account to my livedrive app. Since the app claims that should work. And it does but the problem is the video has the size credit card or smaller. This is quite annoying!

Generally works fine, but it takes ages to load gallery/slide show and usually crashes on the image viewer. When you download, the directory popup needs to be like Windows Explorer, NOT a typed in directory path. It makes it look archaic.

Please be aware of this cloud service.. they might terminate your account for no valid reason if they feel for it. According to sections 20-f of their term of use: "use the Services in a manner that results in excessive bandwidth usage, as determined by us;" Apparently, just because I have fast internet speed I should not be a customer. Take this into consideration before registering.

Bought 1 and half year ago then I close the account they took money from my credit card and when I called they told me I can send them least 4 digit of my card. I did it never got any response from them. Stay away and please check the gardian article about there unfair termination.

Cannot organize, delete, move or do any of the basic stuff a cloud service should have.

I downloaded images from the livedrive to my Android phone and the files were corrupted
