EXTREMELY SLOW, it gets mad at me for "Having over 100 frames" when the video is literally 2.7 secs long. Not to mention when it does convert, it plays really laggy gif and then a black screen for 10ish secs.

Takes 10 minutes, FAILS for videos longer than 10 seconds, & only used the LAST 5 seconds. Use Atredroid's app instead.
