LiveChat for Android

It's good, but the whole point of livechat is to engage your web audience. I would have expected a setting to prioritise this app and to switch on automatically when phone is on, so when in background mode would notify you of a web visit. Currently I have to remember to turn the app on else nothing will happen at all.

Worked for a year but now it says I'm offline when I am not. I think ios is their priority and not Android.

I use Live chat sinc 1 year , today i change my phone from ios to android and this app has a lot important bugs , with this kind app i'm not interesting to lose custumers so i must to move to another service, great platform in web and very bad app on android.

I always cannot interact to my customer when using mobile apps it's always have an error please fix it please I pay quite a lots of money for this apps monthly

Only 25% of chat notifications get delivered. Replies to customers get lost. Do not use this app until fixed, you'll lose customers not win them. Use the web version instead.

I love the freedom away from my desk. Chat alert is loud and a few second after it would be on pc or mac. Some glitches but still nice!

When incomming occure, this app not show message to chat. I have lost customer almost 100% if online with app. Desktop version work fine.

Missed many new chats, sometimes does not notify the client had replied. Too many bugs please fix issues.

Constantly missing chats due to notifications randomly not working, various glitches, can't log out sometimes etc.

Please can you fix this issue or there is reason to offer the live chat option to our clients.

I guess it does the job sometimes, but it often does not notify in any way that the customer has responded and even will be 20 minutes behind in replying. I hear the iPhone version of the app works great, too bad for Android users...

Sure one thing is that sometimes it just won't logout I have to restart my mobile, secondly if I am using my mobile I won't get the messages when the mobile is locked, I have to make sure that it stays unlock while I am on live chat some times the hash tags won't work, sometimes annoying customers or spam comes on chat I am unable to ban them from android app.

I receive no audio notification, if a chat comes.

Helps me stay connected with customers on the go. I'd be awesome to access archived messages from the app tho.

The updates are poor, and now it gets only on connecting stage

Why is it that we see on a lots of updates on lots of apps that the users are disappointed with updates such as is happening with live chat? Why can't you developers be happy when you're on a good situation rather than keep developing your apps into a monster?

Since last update it seems like when you log out or "don't accept chats" it does not "don't accept chats" on the website (PC), and it gives problems because you keep logged in and customer does not have chance to send the message as a ticket. I hate that!

Please help me downgrade b4 was much much better

Since the last update doesn't accept chats. I uninstalled and installed again, still nothing.

After yesterday's update I can no longer accept checks it keeps flipping back and forth between reconnecting and signing me off.

Update Useless Unable to accept chats and Im not the only one! Great quality control and testing!

it always says reconnecting, missing chat because of it. previous one before the updates were fine. please fix it asap !!!

And I just missed 5 chats, the old version was way better. This is horrible, will notify my business to start looking into other systems- Harley-Davidson

The new update makes me keep accept new chat without i know, even i already closed it. Makes me got complaints from the visitor.

Fix this issue. It took my client to wait for my response more than 5 minutes. Annoying. Update: Got complain from customer for being not respond. I was there but it won't allow me to send chat due to reconnecting issue.

I'm having problems with the new update. Keeps reconnecting even when I have stable net connection. Icon doesn't appear on the status bar of my phone. Tries to reinstall and now I can't login at all.

When it's working...continued to disconnect...and says I have a chat, but when I open it, chat is gone. Help!!

The new update is causing me problems, always Reconnecting...even on good networks, please fix the issue.

NEW app is disconnecting. please share link for old version

Disconnects by itself, shows I have a chat but when I open the app doesn't display the chat so have to go to the pc app. Contacted support to get the apk for the older version.

Every time I lock the phone or open another app it disconnects by itself. So I have to open the app again n then it reconnects.
