Ampere Charging Meter Pro for Android
Nice apearance n feature. But not accurate on my korean gal note2. Not sure why but always show 16xxmA no matter what source i used. Please fix this. Thx
Please don't install this app. It is fake. And I am talking about it after using it. Don't waste your valuable time by installing this ideotic app like joker...
Its nice to se how your charger is doing its work. Tried it on different chargers and cables and the difference was significant. Nice app, scared me though when a popup ad started playing music at full volume in the middle of the night! But this is why one has to support developers by buying applications.
Readings were not consistent over multiple tests on various chargers with different voltages and amperage. Also has many more ad pop ups than other free utilities. Not reliable
Tells me 1500 MA input from any charger, whether it's a good one that fully charges the phone in about a hundred minutes while using the screen or another charger labeled 500mA which actually let's the battery discharge when the screen is in use and that charger is connected, Ampere "Live Meter" says both of those and various other good and poor chargers all give 1500 mA. Meter also always reports 0 mA when not connected, never tells about current being drained from battery, unlike the pictures on the play store app page.
this app is useful for testing charging speed.. ads r there its obvious but it takes a small amount of space at the bottom of the screen...
I like being able to have it in the status bar but if it's in the status bar why does it need the same info in an on screen bubble, one that there's no way to turn off as there's no settings feature?
So far this app is working good for me. I don't understand exactly how it works, but it's working better than than my former app.
Doesn't work with Asus ZenPad 3S 10, just BOMBARDED with ads as they work just fine..
Seems to give accurate readings, and presents them in perhaps the nicest way of all similar apps I've checked so far. But installs under a different app name ("Live Charging"). And not at all clear why it needs such permissions -- especially full R/W access to SD card!
This is working great for me! It is helping determine which charger I own put out the most current (mA). It has also helped me narrow down which cords give me the best output too. I have found a difference when I compare cheap cords with ones that came with my phones, using the same charger. Lost a star due to the ads and popups.
Not sure how accurate d amount of current displayed... But pretty sure not bad. Surely this app helps me a lot to decide whether a charger/a cable is to keep or to dump. One question... Why like many others, amount of current doesnt appear on tablet?? not on our four different tabs. It works good on our phones.
You need to get your app on top line on google! I downloaded those apps on there,...they were crap compared to your apps "live" features! Could I suggest a SETTINGS page to change configurations, ie Fahrenheit vs Celsius,....charging information saved,....a savable charging graph,... I use a hand crank charger and would like to see it's detailed output. Also, when not charging, another app gave the option to see consumption of amps by individual apps. But, all in all, your app is tops!
I am having some battery/power management issues with my Lenovo Yoga tablet. This helps me figure out to some extent what's going on. Ads can be more than a little annoying, especially the false virus alerts; which is why I took two stars off, plus the fact that you can't buy your way out.
Confirmed my suspicions about chargers and cables, helped me choose the best. EDIT: Downgrading from A+ 5
Does what I want it to! Tells me how much current is charging or discharging at. Useful for checking compatibility of cables and wall warts. Discovered a couple of my "OEM" chargers are really knockoffs. Good app.
Gives an update every 5 seconds. Naturally it tends to fluctuate when not averaged over a miner internal, but handy when figuring out best placement of wireless charger. Also can launch a floating screen overlay to display this info continuously.
but this is the hands down winner. The floating window sealed the deal for me. That's a paid feature in the one other app that has it (and the other guy's window isn't transparent). So be sure to REWARD these guys with the 5 stars they deserve. No app is going to be perfect and neither are you so let's not be too knit picky with our ratings when this is clearly the best work of its kind in the store. You'll only be deterring other good people from getting what they're looking for. That being said, I'm out.
Work with nibiru H1, but ads popup always annoying me... so i give 3 star, why not just put the small ads in bottom aplication do not popups..
'Floating need following improvements A. REDUCE ITS RAM USAGE, 138 MB in my mobile a. Touch through b. Opacity control c. Color control d. Stop it getting hide side of the screen. e. Temperature alert since it is hot topic right now.
Good app, allowed me to find some dodgy usb cables. Guys, when it asks if i like the app and want to share it, it shares a picture of my battery charging status, not the app - a bug to sort out?
Gives good indication of chargestatus. Small ads at bottom of screen is acceptable, but it also in adition fires off BIG ads quite often that covers screen. For this i will uninstall. Not acceptabe. Used on samsung xcover 3.
Need to automatically Start overlay optionally. Wish click thru optionally. Showing voltage in overlay would be more better about the battery condition. There seemed a copycat of this app in Google Play Store.
I have a charging issue with one cable. Ive tested other apps they are not what i wanted but this one only measures approx range. I will rate it 5 cuz it is just only working one as described
Completely Inaccurate, showing 1700mah on every charger and cable. Even on 1A charger showing 1700mah... And it's full of ads. Lame.
Just okay application.. Do not have real time monitoring.. Fixed display which change on first time but not change on effects of mA
- It's all boils down to how much is going into your battery during charging after supplying the phone's overhead demand. - Experiment ! Disable this. Enable that. Watch charge go up, or go down. Test different chargers with different cables. Find out the importance of using good USB cable between phone and charger (to wall). I was amazed to find out that using original USB cable and charger gave 850ma while using Asus cable from old tablet with the same charger was bringing in 1,200ma !
It is not very consistent or acurate. Without doing anything on my phone, It will jump from 800 mA to 0 mA to 600 mA to 1100mA...
Htc one m9 is very picky about usb cord quality and wear. Best ap that I found that gets me a good charge.
Showed 0 mah charging, asked me to rate it and showed me an avert for that. Also only shows Celsius no option to change from app.
Don't download. Fires adverts a a hight rate.
No description really of what any of it means. Would be helpful if it listed how long it takes to charge and kept a history of each charge.
I wanted to get an idea of which Apps were using the most battery life, and which chargers were effective/not effective at charging my phone. From first impressions, seems to be pretty helpful, thanks!
But doesn't any more - stuck 0mA when discharging (Note II - KK)
Yea, sure, my 6 years old phone is charging at 3800mA. Absolutely. The only thing this app does properly is charge my phone at rate pf 2Ads per second.
Very good app, but unfortunately ruined by annoying popup ads every few minutes
Just launch the app and charge your battery. But remember to close it afterwards, because it consumes energy.
how do i get rid of that lil grey box that stays in forefront of my screen. add a few options and i give it 4, and i will even pay few bucks to get rid of those dam ads and redirects.

Initially gave 5 stars. Didn't matter. Nearly a year later, still can't use it without the annoying distraction of closing two separate pop-up windows (one to rate ... one to share) several times each time I used it! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!___Getting another one. How stupid can you be to undervalue stress. The juice is definitely not worth the squeeze.
