People are shifted to newer technology like whatsapp and facebook, now you are bringing app in outdated SMS methodology. Fantastic idiot app designer ! Why you need an App if your are doing it with SMS? Just publish SMS format list. Don't make shame to Kerala government by putting these kind of things in play store

Why can't it build as an internet service than a paid SMS service? Each query is getting charged since it is sending SMS that too as a SMS service which attract 2 or 3 rupees on each query. I tried to find a vehicle registration details and my search return saying wrong keyword, and ultimately I lost money...

Please Make it as an online application.

Charging 2 or 3rs is tooo much..why our people cant think to provide this service through gprs or wap channel ..plz dont give me the same reply which you are giving to everyone...try to be more innovative and different from others!!!u can proudly say we are the first to provide services thru data channel

Useful app

Before getting this app I hav to remember a lot of sms formats to get information from various departments of Kerala gov. This app make it easier..... I no longer need to remember sms formats just select right department and service. I appreciate kerala gov effort and kudos to development team. Hope gov will introduce more apps like this in the future

സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സേവനങ്ങളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ലഭ്യമാകുമെങ്കിലും 2/3 രൂപ ഇത്തിരി കടന്ന കയ്യാണ്. ഈ സേവനങ്ങള്‍ ഇന്‍റര്‍നെറ്റ് വഴി ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ ഇതൊരു അത്യാവശ്യ ആപ് ആയി മാറും .... ഭാവിയില്‍ അത്തരം അപ് ഡേറ്റുകള്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു...

Still using an app with SMS channel for stuff like this. Sounds crazy and the devs looks like living in the Jurassic era. Kerala govt. still showing the true colours. I don't think lack of web services or necessary apis are the reason for not shifting into an internet channel. It may either be dev inexperience or because the govt like to loot us more by siphoning off more cash to sms providers.
