Meet Leah
Leah has come to see men and women of all ages and fitness levels achieve extreme levels of physical fitness, muscle definition, weight loss and overall wellness.
For over a decade, Leah Sarago has designed a fitness regime that is directly focused on creating a strong and feminine physique. Ballet Body® method is inspired by dance, ballet, pilates, and yoga-inspired exercises relying on body weight resistance to challenge the body primarily through isometrics, resistive elongation techniques, and eccentric contractions, which create the appearance of elongation in the muscles.
Leah Sarago has created over 150 downloads and 8 workout DVDs. Her downloads have received international acclaim and are regularly downloaded from those in The United Kingdom, France, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Austria, Norway, Italy, Japan and India to name a few.
Leah Sarago holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Dance from Ithaca College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Kappa Phi Honors in the top ten percent of her class. Leah is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS®) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist.
Leah teaches her Ballet Body techniques to instructors and clients all over the world through online and live training from her fitness studio, Iron Barre Fitness in San Antonio, Texas.

App size is a bit big at 74Mb. There are some nice free instructional videos but the rest are way too expensive.. Would be nice to see a some better priced options maybe some packages.
