Bad app they are not responding.. No care service... Making us fool I purchased dominos voucher 500 But when i applied it's showing 1 rupee feeling cheated. From 2 days i am trying to contact customer care but no response. Finally i am going to complain against this using consumer helpline Guys please come together share your number if you feel cheated. Ban this useless app
I have purchased gift voucher worth rs. 500 for dominos. N it didn't work. I got zero balance in this voucher when i tried to apply that. I complainted them 2-3 times. But first they replied they would contact me back regarding this within 72 hrs. N then after 72 hrs i again put complaint. N tgen they told they would contact me within 48 hrs.but still they have not contact me.my money went waste. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.
I think that ordering from little is total waste of time now. Though there are less offer in Bhopal. For example instead of ordering ccd coffee from little better to pay cash at the outlet as you will get the difference of Rs 10 only. So i will not recommended little app
Worst service ever. I bought a voucher on app but it is not working. I have been trying to contact the customer care for 2 days but no response yet. There is no phone number or email given in the app. I found phone number and email I'd on internet. No reply on my mail yet. The phone number never connects. It's always in waiting and then disconnects.
Deals offered here are really good and i got a good cashback coupons from the deals as well. but the coupons i used twice for a bollywood tour ,vendor refused after putting me on waiting for 3 weeks and i lost around 1800 rs as little has a policy not to payback the coupons even if the vendor cancelled the deal, so overall the coupons benefit , i can't utilized and it feels cheated by them they give you coupons but you can't utilize them as vendor refuses giving plenty of reason
Pathetic customer service. They have not given any number or email where they can be reached. I requested for refund of an order 1 month back and it is still not done. Refund to Paytm takes 1 min, they just want to hold my money. very disappointed.
The most worst app... I took the offer of buy 1 get 1 free buffet offer. When i paid the amount through netbanking the amount debited from my account instantly. But i didn't get any offer from this. After that i gone through support option. Then they are telling for refunding the amount they will take 10 business days. Till now i didn't get any amount. This is pakka 420 app... Please do not install it.
Worst management, there is no customer redressal cell, merchants just keep denying and what I get is simple Cashback, what about my sunk cost? If you guys can't maintain your app why don't you bring down the curtains. A service app with no customer care department. A bunch of maggots
Worst service ever! I bought a Domino's coupon 11 days back. I've tried using it several times, but is doesn't work. I raised several tickets on little app, called their customer care, and also wrote on Facebook chat, no response from anywhere. After the customer pays and buys a coupon, they don't care what happens. I'm still hoping to get my money back!
The customer care service is of no use at all, bought a deal for buffet but got a thali instead of reaching the venue. Worst thing is upon filing complain in lillte app no one called reg query instead just got message query solved. Its reg order id : UCCLT6
Guys its fraud application. I bought CCD coffee coupon from here.. Which is excepted nowhere. My money is wasted... After even so many calls from little I have not yet received new coupon. Validity is expiring soon

There are so many negative reviews for this app, I see only one phone # given by some admin guy. In theory how is he able to talk to so many frustrated users all at the same time ??? Also for many restaurants I have personally checked the price shown vs discounted price is the bloody same.... Ha !!! Infact the actual price they charge is much less than what you advertised, is that not cheating then what ???
Worst app ever, day by day this is degrading, customer call service closed, previously it was chargeble service & now it is also closed. no proper refunds of my deals,little said refunded but it was not reflected in my paytm. all are not accepting these deals....becoming worst...kindly close little. Plz IGNORE LITTLE.
Really really very bad experience because there is no option for apply your voucher code in Domino's aap or website And your code also don't apply to 'do you have any coupon' option.. So just simply tell us where would we apply your voucher .. AND WHAT ABOUT OUR MONEY WHICH WERE SPEND TO BUY YOUR VOUCHER
Bad customer service. I bought a coupon 8 days ago and still haven't received it. The customer care guy says he'd get back in half an hour every day but never really does. Pathetic experience.
I have a very bad experience. I used little app to order from Wang's kitchen. It mentioned that the original price is 420 and after discount the price is 279. I trusted the app and ordered. After coming to hotel I looked at their menu and the same item cost was 229. The item was Quick classic combo from Wang's kitchen pammal. I feel they are cheating by giving fake discounts. Beware !!
I still haven't received 2 out of 3 coupons worth 2000 rupees which is due to the merchant not honoring the deal. Despite several follow ups i haven't received any response. I have tried calling on the number provided by you and no one is receiving the call. This is how is your customer care where i have to post messagr here?
Customer Support Team is worst. There should be a customer care number. There will never help you over email. I had purchased a deal of Domino's Pizza. When I was applying the coupon, it was showing "invalid code". I have repeatedly informed over email. But, the problem yet not has not been solved.
Worst app, i booked a deal in naturals, cudnt find the outlet in the provided address at all. The given no is switched off. No way of contacting the little app people too.No customer care. Do you guys think that we are spending money on buying these waste deals for time pass????
I purchased a deal on little which shows it is invalid and there is no way i can contact customer care because there is no option. Now my money is stuck and i can do nothing about it. Please consider this review before purchasing anything on little
Placing an order is a painful process. The items listed in the menu doesn't match the items in the store. It takes a lot of time to place an order and paying. Instead allow us to place an order manually and directly pay by scanning the little app QR code just like paytm or any other QR code scan apps
They give offer n when we go to the venue the service provider gives excuses this service is not beneficial n all take other service we have other plans bla bla. Totally unsatisfied. It's a request plz first confirm from service provider n only after that give any offers
Most of the merchants like dominos and burger king have stopped honouring deals sold by little app. There is no customer care number where you can contact these guys and there is no response even on emails. Total waste of time and money.
I have cancelled 3 bookings on the same day and the customer care executive told me that you will get refund in 5 days. But its been 15 days now and i didn't receive my refund. This is fraud company. Never book anything from little. I am trying to call them on there customer care number but no one is picking up my phone. Worst service
At first i thought it is a good app It provides good deal but that was a mistake. I purchased a coupon of Domino's of value 500₹ and when i applied coupon on website or is showing zero value also called customer support but no one is answering, tried 50 times but no one answer. Extremely poor customer service. Their only positives are big cashbacks and many more deals. But extremely rigid conditions set means you lose out money using many deals. Non-cancellable and non-extendable deals mean that in case you dont get appointment, you will completely lose your money. In the long run, they will lose many customers as poor service will drive them away. They do not even publish an email address, phone number or direct chat so contacting support is extremely difficult.
Worst app ever seen. No reply, even if I can't able to redeem the voucher. Every time message popular that we are looking into the matter and get back to you within few hours. Even not giving money back... Totally rip off.... Do not pay them single penny.... Complete ripoff
Pathetic performance. Even after several complaints no reply was given. A wastage of hard earned money. My Domino's coupon worth Rs 1000 did not work but no one cares after numerous complaints. Thanks a lot Little app
Pretty good deals. Nice cashback offers periodically too. Have one problem though. After redeeming a deal it instantly asks to rate the merchant even though we may have not used the service. You cannot do anything else on the app until you rate the merchant. Please keep the option of rating merchant as per users choice and time.
I don't frequently visit the parlour due to its exorbitant rate. Thanks to this app recommended by a friend, for a minimum price I had experienced some really good services and ambiance. One star down as the map didn't show the right location. Please fix that as it caused a huge inconvenience for me. Keep them offers coming though:)
Its a good app which is still in its nascent stage. The deals listed are good. The only negative I see is that there is no direct way to contact customer care which might be hindering to the app's growth and results in a little delayed response to user issue. But the customer care responds to user issur and its a good thing. One more suggestion why dont you guys roll out your atickers to the vendors and merchants that support your app and deals that way customers will be sure whether the merchnat supports your deals or not. Overall its a good app and worth a try.
Forced app by Paytm. It's a trap. Sure, I can explain - On Paytm offer page they show Domino's coupen voucher, which you buy. And immediately it shows on your Paytm dashboard the offers is expired. Then you pay with Paytm in normal way and plog the issue, you get a response that voucher can't be cancelled or refunded and you need to go to the same Domino's restaurant again for this voucher. What is this?
Man what is wrong with this app. I brought a dominos voucher worth rs2000 and when applying this voucher it shows 0 balance. No number to reach out the customer care and many of my friends have the same problem. If this goes on I will have to advice the state level monitoring commitee to look into the matter.
Ordered Dominos vouchers worth Rs 500 but when applying voucher on site to redeem its value is showing as Rs 3. There is no option to call customer care and get the issue resolved. STAY AWAY from Little app or you will loose you money. I am not able to call on +91 97410 62658. It is saying number invalid.
Disgusting application as well as the sevice. I bought a voucher for Dominos worth rs 500 which is not allowing me to redeem it. I am calling little customer support since last 4 days but no response. I also wrote email to them but they are not reverting me back. I am using this app from a long time and i haven't face any issue but from last 15 days i am trying to redeem a little app voucher on dominos dektop website and each time same error occurs and the order is not getting processed. I have two voucher of 500/- and 100/-. When i am trying to redeem the voucher it showing zero balance. Little app team have worst customer support, because there is no number on which you can call and no email address to complaint.
They are purely cheating the customers by saying we didn't apply the coupon codes and hence not Eligible for Cashback coupon. I faced this problem with little couple of times. The intelligence is we cannot contact them either through mail or any other manner. Cheating app. I have given my number 3 days back from my Gmail account but you didn't call me till now. This is the pure replication of your cheating skills
Costa coffee not accepting vouchers bought on little. No response from your team. Horrible. Never using again. Update - Tried calling on the number you have provided 20+ times but either you do not pick up or you cancel. I will write an email to Google to pull down apps owned by such an unethical lot.
