In just 3 taps away, you've paid your parking anytime, anywhere, any weather condition and can be done by anyone. It is a good design apps but it didn't teach how to use it and yet most of the residents in alor star didn't know about this apps at all (even the MBAS employees also). Like today, I was going to ask the staff sitting at the corridor (wearing MBAS uniform ) about how to top up by using this app and both of the staff look on me like apa u cakap? For sure, the answer they give me were "i don't know ". So, there is a lot of improvement and also please teach all of the residents how to use the apps.

How do I know which area have to pay parking fees which are not? Which day is free parking? What is the time of parking period have to pay? Is it only have to pay within 9am-6pm? Where can I get the information? Expect people using without any info provided?
