FEATURES
Benefit News – Receive announcements and updates regarding your benefits and the healthcare industry in general.
Contacts – Call or email directly members of your account management team at Creative Benefits, Inc.
Confirmation Statements – Review a list of all benefit plans in which you are enrolled and the cost of each. Check whether your dependents are covered and review your beneficiary designations.
ID Cards – View copies of your medical, dental and vision cards with group and ID numbers. Access “Find a provider” information or call Member Services from links on the back of the cards.
Benefits Resources – Link to carrier websites to see claims incurred, to refill a prescription or view a plan description.
