When you are in the store buying things, you don't have time to go through all the procedures of a "feature rich" application just to calculate how much you have spent. Doesn't it make you wish you had a pencil and paper instead and still not look like a grandpa?
This calculator is as simple as it gets - just note down the items you have bought, their price, rate and you are done - and not even necessarily all of them!!
This app is designed to make your life easier, not complicated.It's intuitive, easy to use and quick - just what you need when you are busy buying.
Oh yes, just because its simple doesn't mean it doesn't have features. It does have options to save lists for future reference and all.

I THOUGHT IT WAS GOOD, but its half-baked. Why: 1) You cant even paste items in, and certainly not import a list. 2) App wipes all your items if you re-START app instead of returning to it via the task manager. I thought it was exactly what I wanted: 1) Easy to put items in but also to imagine what the budget would be if you took them out. I'm amazed other devs dont understand this is the MAIN thing people want to do: "What would the total be if I added this item, or took out this item?". 2) A simple layout of spaces already ready to write in, without the onerousness of going thru a big process to add an item: you just write it in. I really dont mind the price, though I wont need it that often so may not buy it. Although when I DO use it, I probably always need more than 15. Perhaps developer should consider an ad version with say 25 items. WOULD BE USEFUL TO HAVE A SORT FUNCTION. Once I've written the items in, I want it alphabetical. Otherwise its too hard to find the right item as you arrive at it on the shelves. ALSO BE GOOD TO BE ABLE TO MANUALLY SORT. Hmmm, I may have to REMOVE ONE STAR because t NOT SO GOOD!

Does not say anywhere in description that I need to pay $ to add more than 7 items to a list. Feel like I wasted time trying to make a list only to have it stop letting me add items. App was just OK for free but there's much better paid apps, this isn't really worth spending $ on. Tell the truth in the description and stop tricking people.
