It is not about the app. The service is really BAD!!! I try to order a ticket and i could not pay it online because of system problem. And i have try and try a lots of time. After that,i try to order another ticket and successfully payed,but they told me there’s another problem and tell me to order another one without giving me any decent help. WHAT!!!!It was supposed to be a happy thing but after taking hours and hours to deal with the issue, i will NEVER book ticket with this company again!
